From the moment we arrived, we felt transported from everyday life: the view of Ago Bay from our Room, the tranquility that enveloped the entire property, and the soothing Onsen made our stay truly unforgettable. We had consulted with you in advance about a few things, and every staff member supported us with great care from preparation through the day itself. We are sincerely grateful for each thoughtful touch—the Room decorations and flowers, the message plate at dinner, help with taking photos, and even arranging delivery of the flowers after our stay. There were moments when our planning fell short and we made last-minute requests, but you still supported us warmly, allowing us to spend this important time with complete peace of mind. Thanks to you, I was able to propose successfully, creating a memory we will cherish for a lifetime. The Accommodation itself is wonderful, but what truly made this stay so special was your team’s attentive hospitality. We would love to return again for an anniversary or another celebration. This was my first stay. The Hotel is located right in the heart of American Village. The convenience is a perfect 100 out of 100. There’s a convenience store directly connected to the hotel lobby, and restaurants are just steps away once you step outside. Parking is free and located next to the hotel. The Room was clean and spacious enough. Unfortunately, my Room didn’t have an ocean view but instead faced Hilton Chatan—still, no complaints! It’s an ideal Hotel for enjoying food and drinks in American Village. I also appreciated the variety of options, from business-like Rooms to luxurious ones with pools—it offers great flexibility for different needs. I’ll definitely stay here again when visiting American Village!

We stayed with a group of nine. Table tennis and karaoke were free, and the kids were thrilled. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide variety of delicious dishes. The Facility is old, but it has been renovated and the interior is clean and nice. Perhaps because it was during the coldest season, the rates were low and the value for money was excellent. It was a shame there was no open-air bath.

As a returning guest, I can say that while the Facility and Room are not brand new, the breathtaking view more than makes up for it. The Room's bath is a unit bath, but with an Onsen open-air large bath available, it's not an issue at all. Dining while enjoying the beautiful view of Lake Towada is delightful, and the staff's friendly and kind service is exceptional. I felt refreshed again this time—thank you so much! I look forward to visiting again next year.

Riding along the coast is fun, but there's also an inland road called Orange Road that loops around, offering stunning views from higher elevations! After getting hot and tired, I checked in and relaxed in the open-air bath to soothe my fatigue. Dinner was incredibly delicious,

I visited Genjikoh in Minamichita for the first time to relax in the Onsen. From the warm welcome, we enjoyed chatting about a small connection we had in common, and both the delicious meals and kind service left me completely satisfied. The Onsen was wonderful not only for its water quality, but also for the beautiful view from the open-air bath, allowing me to truly unwind. Thank you very much. There was just one disappointing point. After dinner the previous evening, I was told that checkout might be crowded the next day and that it would be convenient to settle all payments that night, so I did. However, at checkout I was asked to pay again, and I had to present my Receipt myself. That left me feeling disappointed at the very end. Aside from that matter, my stay was truly comfortable. Personally, everything was excellent. The view of the Sea of Japan from the Room window was also wonderful.

We’d like to try again next time. Also, dining in a semi-private setting allowed us to enjoy the dishes in a calm atmosphere. Every dish made with local ingredients was delicious. The simmered fish was especially good, and I would have liked to eat it together with rice. I

I saw this Hotel featured on JAL’s agora plus and immediately thought, “I want to go!” so I made a Reservation right away. It was my first visit, and I truly enjoyed a relaxing, elegant stay. The staff’s hospitality was wonderful, and the Room had an ocean view with a tatami area as well, which made it very comfortable. I was genuinely impressed by how relaxing it felt without a TV. The bed and sheets were so soft, and I don’t think I’ve ever slept this soundly at a Hotel. Dinner was absolutely delicious—I was moved from the very first bite, and it never disappointed all the way to the end. When the meat dish came out, I even thought, “It’s going to be over soon…” This time my mother and daughter and I were celebrating something small, so I mentioned it when making the Reservation, and they wrote a message on the dessert plate for us—it meant so much. I would love to come again for some rest and healing. Thank you very much.

I stay in Shirahama about once every six months, but this was my first time at Shirahama Gyoen. I emailed in advance to let them know I have slight difficulty walking, and they showed me a Room close to the elevator. The restaurant was also on the same floor, which was very helpful. Meals were buffet-style for both breakfast and dinner. There was a wide variety of dishes and everything was delicious, so I ended up eating too much (laugh). The staff were also very kind and helpful. I did have a few minor complaints: the coffee wasn’t very good, the rolled omelet at breakfast wasn’t tasty, there weren’t many amenities, and there was no basket for towels. However, considering the price, I think it can’t be helped. Both the Hotel and the Room were clean. I was worried about slipping on the stairs at the Onsen area, but I’m glad I was able to bathe three times. Next time, I’d like to bring my grandchildren. Thank you for taking care of us.

I booked an Accommodation plan with a senior discount. The meals were varied and featured local ingredients, mainly seafood, and included all-you-can-drink alcohol plus a guided tasting of local sake!! Alcohol was available from after arrival, before dinner. Karaoke was also free for one hour, and there are three large public baths—one even has tatami flooring!! I enjoyed it thoroughly. If possible, I’d like to visit again.

It was a wonderful Hotel. The Room was very clean, and the buffet was delicious. I especially loved the open-air bath with a sky view... I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

The front desk and dining staff provided excellent service. The Accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and felt very hygienic. Dinner was delicious across the board, and the fresh mix of Western and Japanese dishes was a nice touch. The Onsen was great—especially the open-air bath on the first floor. The temperature and feel of the water were just right. Breakfast was also very tasty. There was a well-stocked souvenir shop area, which was fun to browse. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

It has a charming Showa-era feel in the best way. There’s also an arcade in a separate building, and everything is wonderfully retro. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. The fishing spot is quite shallow and you can see the seabed, so I don’t think you’ll catch big fish, but depending on the time of day we were able to catch small horse mackerel. We’d love to visit again!

This was our second stay. After our last visit, we knew we wanted to come back. All of the meals are generous and delicious. Each of the five baths has its own unique atmosphere, and the Sky Bath in particular feels wonderfully open—if you catch the sunset, it’s perfect. We’d love to visit again.

We stayed at an Accommodation I had been interested in for a long time to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The food, the views, the open-air baths, the private open-air bath in our room, and the service were all excellent. We truly had a wonderful time.
