It would be no exaggeration to say that this stay was the best among all the Hotels I have ever stayed at. Above all, the cuisine was truly outstanding—an experience that felt like “heaven.” The variety of dishes was impressive, and each ingredient freshly sourced from Amakusa was carefully and deliciously prepared. I was moved throughout the entire meal. When serving each dish, the staff also shared stories about the ingredients and wine, which made it especially enjoyable—not just eating, but appreciating the background as well. Everything was delicious, but what stood out most were the sushi with Amakusa kuruma prawns and Amakusa ishigaki sea bream, and the steak made with Amakusa black beef loin. Each dish brought out the best of its ingredients, and in particular, the steak had such concentrated flavor that it became an unforgettable plate. At breakfast, both “Kumasan no Kagayaki” rice and Tamango egg-over-rice were also incredibly delicious—I was impressed from first thing in the morning. The service was excellent as well. The staff’s warm and attentive hospitality left a strong impression. Everyone—including those in the kitchen—greeted us pleasantly, and thoughtful care could be felt everywhere. The Room was a villa type with each unit separate, so we hardly encountered other guests at all. We were able to relax in a private space at our own pace. From welcome drinks to checkout, every moment felt special—it was a truly fulfilling stay. This is a wonderful Accommodation that I would love to visit again.

We stayed for one night after my husband unexpectedly had a day off. The check-in was handled very politely, and I was thrilled to experience a traditional Japanese house Accommodation for the first time. It was a wonderful Accommodation with the warmth of wood still present; the bath was spacious, and in the garden there was a small pond with goldfish. We couldn’t hear any car noise either—it was truly amazing!! There were plenty of relaxation items such as a massage chair, the ice maker had lots of ice, and there was also a freezer—so even if you buy ice cream, you’re all set! I’m so satisfied I can’t write it all down. One night wasn’t enough. I’m curious about the other buildings too, so we’ll come back again. Thank you so much for everything this time. We stayed for two nights during the Golden Week holidays. It was a dream-like three days spent with our family and friends. We were satisfied with everything. The Facility was kept very clean and well maintained, and we had a comfortable stay. We truly appreciate the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail. Thank you very much. It can’t be helped at this time of year as weeds grow quickly, but there were some weeds in the dog run that dogs should not eat. We would be happy if you could remove at least the long-headed poppy (Papaver dubium).

With a dedicated concierge service, they carefully confirmed even the smallest details with us before our stay, so we were able to arrive feeling completely at ease. The meals were delicious, and the thoughtful presentation and ambiance made for a truly romantic time. The guest room was spacious, warm, and comfortable—a place where we could genuinely relax. In addition, the partnered strawberry picking and afternoon tea were excellent, making the entire stay incredibly enjoyable and memorable. I had been interested in this Accommodation for some time, and this time we stayed to celebrate my son’s birthday. They took a family photo for us and showed thoughtful care in many ways. Thank you. I think this is an Accommodation where you can relax and enjoy delicious meals at a leisurely pace while having drinks. The timing of the meal service matched our eating pace perfectly. We also received warm, attentive service that made us feel very comfortable. I’m the type who likes to chat with the staff about the food and local area, and they kindly answered my questions, which made it a pleasure. We tried all of the baths. The views from the private open-air family baths on the 3rd and 5th floors were beautiful. Both the sunrise and sunset were wonderful. I would love to visit again when the autumn leaves are at their peak or when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom.

We stayed one night in the Hotel and one night in the house, and each had its own unique style. Both were wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our time there. With Mt. Fuji right in front of us and nothing to block the view, the location was absolutely exceptional. After sharpening our senses in the sauna, it felt as if energy from the mountain gently flowed into us and filled us up. We stayed here for a family trip to celebrate a 60th birthday. Before our stay, we consulted with the concierge about arranging a private chef for dinner and breakfast, as well as a celebration cake, which made us feel at ease even before arriving. The commemorative drone photography and the well-equipped sauna facilities also made this a truly enjoyable trip.
