Stayed here to attend a live show at K-Arena. It’s right by Shin-Takashima Station and also close to K-Arena, and there’s a convenience store on the first floor, so the location is excellent. The Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the large public bath was also spotless; the water temperature was just right and helped me recover from travel fatigue. Also, access to the elevators and the large public bath requires a key card, so security feels solid. From the Room window, I enjoyed Yokohama’s night view. The Hotel entrance was a bit hard to find, but the official website provides detailed directions, so it’s worth checking. Overall I was very satisfied, and I’d like to stay again when I visit Yokohama.

I stay from time to time, and the Room is always clean, and I can relax comfortably in the bath. I’m satisfied every time, but I would be happy if the women’s skincare amenities were a bit more in line with what you’d expect from Hyatt Regency. This time I didn’t add breakfast, but both the restaurant buffet and the French restaurant on the first floor are delicious, and the bakery’s nikin loaf bread is also great—I sometimes buy it as a gift. I’ll be back again!

We are always grateful for the comfortable Room, wonderful views, delicious cuisine, and warm hospitality from everyone. This time there were a couple of minor misunderstandings, but the Guest Service Center staff responded quickly and excellently, which reassured us once again that this is a Hotel where we can stay with peace of mind. As always, it is a truly happy moment when you greet us by name at the entrance. After returning home, we immediately made our next Reservation and are sincerely looking forward to it.
