It was a last-minute reservation, but I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. The room is a simple Japanese-style room, but the sheets were clean, and although the toilet and bath were outside the room, they were well-maintained and comfortable. The accommodation staff are also kind. Toothbrushes and towels were provided, which was satisfying. I would like to use this accommodation again when I visit Osaka.

I stayed here for a business trip. It was conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store close by as well. The public bath is very small. The shower water pressure was too weak, which was disappointing. The room had a smart TV that could play YouTube, which was great. I would like to stay here again.

The stay was relatively short as the main purpose was visiting the Osaka Expo, but overall it was comfortable with almost no stress. The adjacent onsen facility had excellent water quality, and the facility as a whole was in good condition. The room was comfortable with no issues, and while the breakfast buffet initially seemed ordinary, as expected of Osaka, the taste turned out to be great. Minor downsides include the poor quality of toothbrushes provided. Additionally, although it didn’t bother me personally, most guests were inbound tourists making it quite lively. Overall, I would rate this above average in terms of both cost performance and quality.

The Room was clean, the staff were kind, and it was very comfortable to stay. It’s also close to the station, with plenty of dining options nearby. I’d love to stay again!

I stayed for two nights and it was very clean. We stayed with two families and children, and they prepared snacks and water for the children, which made everyone happy. I forgot something, and I am grateful that the host contacted me immediately and sent it despite being busy! Thank you very much!

Stayed for 3 nights with my daughter, No Meals Included. The Room was very clean and quiet, but it was too compact, making it a bit challenging to open even a small suitcase (if both of us opened our suitcases at the same time, the floor space was completely occupied). It was convenient that we could store suitcases under the bed when not in use. The chair had wheels and could be moved easily, but due to the narrow space in the Room, moving it around was still difficult. A bit more space would have been ideal. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short and barely reached the edge of the bathtub; water splashed outside when using the shower. A longer curtain would be better. As for the refrigerator, a salad I stored overnight froze by morning due to its strong cooling power—next time I'll pay more attention to placement and temperature settings. I used the laundry facilities; they were convenient as various payment methods were accepted besides coins. However, there were only two washing machines available, so including drying time meant waiting quite long. Adding one or two more machines would improve this. At checkout time, I realized I might not make it by 10 AM due to packing delays. When I requested an extension, staff kindly informed me that becoming a member allows free extensions until 11 AM and promptly assisted me with this option—I truly appreciated their support. I will definitely consider choosing your Hotel again for future stays!

It was a pleasant surprise, as there are few reasonably priced Hotels that serve delicious coffee. The bathtub is small, but it is deep enough to soak up to your shoulders, which I was happy with.

I stayed on the opening day, and it was very clean, which was great. The water in the large public bath was quite hot, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was good. If possible, it would have been nice if alcohol were sold inside the Hotel—I might have been able to relax even more at the post-bath lounge. The post-bath lounge was also nice, with games and various other items available. I had breakfast as well, and there were many different options—including cotton candy—so I could enjoy it together with my child. If I had more time, I would have liked to relax longer. It was a good Hotel that made me want to stay again.

Even though it was very affordable, the Room was clean and we had no issues during our stay! Also, being able to connect the TV to Netflix was a big plus. There was free bread in the morning, and it was very delicious! The Hotel front desk staff were polite and helpful.

Because the neighboring apartment building looks directly into the room, you have to keep the shades closed at all times. The room lighting is also dim, which makes it feel gloomy. There is no affiliated parking, which is inconvenient. It’s also a bit far from the convenience store. The staff and breakfast were excellent, so this place has the potential to be much better.

We stayed as a family of four. Bath: Unit bath Toilet: Separate Room: Tatami Meals: None; breakfast available (we left early, so we didn’t eat). Overall, it was clean and good value for money. It felt like a business hotel for families! Since it’s on the street by Tsutenkaku, we were able to fully enjoy Osaka.

Close to the station and convenience store. The Room is clean. Shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, and slippers are provided. Breakfast was delicious. Even on the 8th floor, the shower had strong water pressure, and it was quiet without outside noise.

During my previous stay, I was on a lower floor next to a building under construction, which caused dust and noise issues. I thought I would never stay here again, but I chose this accommodation for its location and price. This time, the room was the best I've ever stayed in, with an excellent view of Tsutenkaku Tower. Despite the rising accommodation prices due to Expo demand, I was lucky to find it reasonably priced. I'd like to stay here again before the Expo ends. It was very close to the station, making it convenient to get anywhere. There was a convenience store (7-Eleven) and many places to eat nearby, so we had no trouble even without meals at the Hotel. We had Origin Bento for breakfast. We could also walk to the Glico Sign, and on the second day it was easy to transfer trains to get to Universal Studios Japan. The Room was very clean, but on the first day we noticed a lingering smell from the previous guest (maybe they grilled meat?). Since our Room faced the street and was on the second floor, traffic noise at night was loud, and from around 5 a.m. we could hear trains running underground. Because our Room was next to the emergency stairs, we were startled in the early morning by what sounded like a contractor closing a door. The shower faucet in the bathroom came loose easily. The location was excellent.

The private room is spacious enough for a bed and unpacking, with large windows that let in plenty of light. The simplicity of the room felt refreshing. There is space for a large suitcase, additional storage areas, shelves above eye level, and below them are a TV, refrigerator, and trash bin. While there are no amenities such as yukata or pajamas or even tissues provided, the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. For me, it was sufficient accommodation at this price point. The flooring felt slightly rough but was easily cleaned with my own wet wipes. Handwritten guides in English and Korean were placed around the accommodation, creating a friendly atmosphere. Due to time constraints, I couldn't use the bath but used one of the shower rooms located on floors 1–3 instead. The changing area was spacious and clean as well as the shower itself—very comfortable overall. I stayed for one night from Saturday afternoon check-in until early Sunday morning after returning late at night by train; it was completely quiet throughout my stay allowing me to sleep soundly without any disturbances. The Room was smaller than expected, but it was very clean, with various amenities provided. The air conditioning was designed so that the wind did not blow directly, making it very comfortable. The Hotel's location was also very convenient and comfortable, being close to the subway entrance.

We stayed at this accommodation on the day we visited the Expo with our family. It is located in a quiet residential area, but there is a coin parking lot nearby, which was convenient. The interior was clean and well-maintained, and the facility had everything we needed, allowing us to relax as if we were at home with our family. If your trip's purpose includes enjoying hotel services, you might look for something different; however, for a trip like ours, this accommodation was perfect. Thank you for your hospitality!

We stayed with five people. We were satisfied because the cost per person was low and the Room was clean. It would have been even better if there had been space to store suitcases and hangers for clothes.
