Staying overnight in a TV tower designated as an Important Cultural Property was a truly special experience you can’t find anywhere else. Inside the Room, the exposed steel framework let us feel the presence of the tower even while indoors, which was genuinely exciting. Stepping out onto the terrace offered breathtaking views over Hisaya-odori Park, and at night we could access the observation deck exclusively for guests and fully enjoy Nagoya’s night scenery. We also appreciated the attention to detail in the Facility, furnishings, and amenities. Above all, the staff’s warm hospitality was outstanding—thoughtful touches such as a welcome service featuring tea and sweets pairings were deeply soothing. This is a Hotel where extraordinary luxury and human warmth are perfectly balanced, and one we would love to visit again.

What stood out most was seeing the General Manager personally take the lead—bowing more deeply than anyone else and remaining attentive to the very end as guests are welcomed. That example clearly shapes the entire team: the staff’s genuine commitment to putting guests first shines through, creating a reassuring sense of consistency and a truly moving experience throughout the Hotel. This is the No. 1 Hotel I’d recommend among all the places I’ve stayed across the whole country on business trips. Here are the highlights: 1. It’s not directly connected to the underground shopping area, but it’s close to Exit 1 (Exit 2 would normally be closer, but it was under construction). You do need to cross a traffic light, but it’s still easy to get there even on rainy days. On check-in day, it was drizzling and I had a lot of luggage and no umbrella, but I managed to arrive without getting too wet. On check-out day, it was pouring, so I bought an umbrella at the front desk. 2. Free drinks are available at the first-floor restaurant until 8:00 PM. Some guests were working on their laptops as well. It’s a comfortable space. 3. The Room bathroom has a separate washing area and is very easy to use. The tub also has an auto-fill faucet with temperature control, making it simple to run a bath. 4. The hair dryer is ReFa. Even after arriving tired from work travel, I was able to relax and stay comfortably here.

Thank you again for your hospitality. It’s a 7–8 minute walk from the Shinkansen exit, and I really like that the Room is new and spacious. It’s also helpful to be able to choose only the amenities I need (toothbrush, hairbrush, drip coffee). It may be standard these days, but using the Room key card to access the elevator is another reassuring feature. I’d like to stay here again next time.

For our first stay in Nagoya in a while, we considered other Hotels at first, but choosing the Associa Hotel left both of us completely satisfied. The pool, lounge, and Room were all spotless, and we enjoyed a relaxing stay. Afternoon tea and supper were high quality and tasted great. The Japanese set breakfast was also delicious, and unlike the buffet-style breakfasts at most other Hotels, it felt calm rather than rushed. The upgraded Room featuring Japanese-inspired design with kumiko doors was very comfortable and excellent to use. Every staff member was attentive—there was no one who made us think “huh?”—and we were able to enjoy a pleasant trip. We travel often as a couple, and this has become one of the Hotels we would like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying at a capsule hotel, and it was very clean—I felt very comfortable even as a woman traveling alone. I stayed in a semi-private bed space and felt very safe. The amenities and facilities were thoughtfully provided, and it was more comfortable than some overpriced business hotels. I’d like to try another Accommodation by Anshin Oyado as well. Thank you.

This was my first stay, and it was a wonderful Hotel. I accidentally made a Reservation for a smoking Room, but at check-in the staff immediately explained that they could deodorize it if needed, which put me at ease. Still, we don’t smoke, so I was worried it might bother us—but when we got to the Room, there was no noticeable smell at all, and we had a very comfortable stay. The IKYU Plan Diamond benefits were included, and we even received a Room upgrade (honestly not something I expected), which was a pleasant surprise. On top of that, sparkling wine and late check-out were also included—truly appreciated. The Room was comfortable, and the service felt properly attentive in the way you’d expect from a long-established Hotel. There are bell staff as well, and these days it’s rare to find in-room phones that connect easily to the front desk. The Hotel is spacious too—I feel this kind of classic Hotel experience is becoming quite precious. There are several restaurants in the Hotel, all with an upscale atmosphere. Next time I’d like to dine on-site. There’s also a bakery—exceptionally delicious without being overpriced—and they have pastries and cakes as well, so it was hard to choose. In the lobby café there was live music—it felt truly luxurious. I also appreciated the morning newspaper delivery service. On the front desk floor there are plenty of spacious sofa seats for guests to use freely. They offer complimentary drink service including excellent coffee; you can pick up books from the shelves and read them slowly on soft sofas—I found it very relaxing. It was Sunday with many weddings taking place, and seeing brides as well made me happy. I heard this historic Hotel has welcomed many distinguished guests in the past, and I could really feel how much effort goes into maintaining such high standards in every aspect—service quality included. As uniquely Japanese hospitality continues to fade with changing times, this Hotel stood out as truly exceptional. I would love to visit again. A luxury to lie back in bed and enjoy a view of Nagoya Castle from the window! Not very spacious, but a luxury to stretch out in the large public bath and unwind at your leisure! A luxury to savor Nagoya specialties—starting with eel—from breakfast onward! I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in Nagoya.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The Room was bright, and the spacious bath on the second floor was never crowded. The meals also featured local specialties, and I was very satisfied. The Room felt a bit small, but the price was reasonable, so I was happy with it.

I’ve recently become a fan of Route Inn and often stay there on road trips. The Room was brand-new and functional, which was great. A short drive away, there were some delicious seafood restaurants, making it an enjoyable stay.

When I asked for advice after buying refrigerated items before check-in, the front desk kindly stored them in their refrigerator. It was a huge help! The amenities were well stocked, and I was also happy to be able to try the shower in my Room. It’s close to the Shinkansen station, so even though my train was early, I could relax until the last minute.

We stayed here for a live concert, and also brought our grandchild along for some sightseeing. Our grandchild seemed very satisfied with the Hotel, and it looks like we made lots of memorable moments. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. We would like to stay here again if we have the opportunity.

It was close to the station, making it easy to get around. There were many shops nearby, which was very convenient. I was happy that the amenities included cooling leg sheets, MegRhythm steam eye masks, and a face mask! As I had seen in other Reviews, breakfast was very satisfying. The staff at the breakfast venue were also polite and left a good impression. Overall I’m satisfied, but what disappointed me was that someone entered the large public bath with a bath towel wrapped around them and then wrung it out in the tub when leaving. It felt unhygienic, but since there are no posted bath manners/rules in foreign languages, I suppose it can’t be helped. I would like to stay here again.

The Room is spacious, there is turndown service, and the pool is the best part of this wonderful Hotel. I swam twice during my stay. It was great not having to bring a swimsuit or anything. The drinks and light snacks in the wellness lounge were just right, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing, luxurious time. I would like to stay again.

The natural Onsen on the second floor offers gentle water that warms you from within, and the 100-degree sauna was thoroughly enjoyable. Complimentary lactic acid drinks are available until 10 AM, and free late-night ramen is served from 9:30 PM to 11 PM—thoughtful touches that add delight. Each guest room has individual air conditioning controls rather than central air conditioning, allowing for comfort even after enjoying the Onsen by using cooling or fan settings during warmer moments. Breakfast includes dishes like Hitsumabushi (grilled eel over rice), with clear maps introducing nearby morning spots and restaurants—helpful for dining out. Additionally, laundry service is highly convenient for business travelers; items requested by 9 AM are ready by 7 PM on the same day at reasonable prices, including well-pressed shirts and undergarments. Overall, this Hotel offers attentive services throughout your stay for a truly comfortable experience.

It was a very comfortable Hotel. It was close to the Shinkansen exit, and I felt safe checking in at night. A 12:00 checkout was also very helpful. I will use it again when I stay in Nagoya. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This was my second visit to Nagoya and my first time staying at this Hotel. The welcome drink, amenities, and IC lockers were all easy to use, making my stay very comfortable.

This was my first stay, and I booked the Executive Floor Plan. Arriving by car, the grand, spacious entrance felt impressive. The parking lot has plenty of spaces, and the Hotel’s open atrium makes it feel elegant and expansive. There is a lounge and even a shopping mall (it’s wonderful that it has been maintained to this day). It truly felt like a long-established Hotel with a dignified presence. I was also genuinely impressed by the morning newspaper service—something that has almost disappeared at most hotels these days—and I really appreciated it. With the Executive Floor Plan, the bed was very comfortable, and at the Executive Business Salon on the first floor I could freely enjoy a great selection of light snacks and drinks, which made it feel special. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which was very pleasant. I also enjoyed having access to the gym. Breakfast was a buffet and delicious, just as its reputation suggests. Above all, the staff were kind. There are five elevators as well, so there was hardly any waiting time. I also appreciated being able to keep my car in the parking lot until 3:00 PM after check-out—it felt very considerate. As you would expect from a Hotel in central Nagoya, access is excellent, so we were able to enjoy sightseeing right up until departure time. This is exactly the kind of Hotel I love. This trip to Nagoya was to celebrate my elderly mother’s birthday. Since it was a special occasion, we wanted to stay at a nice Hotel and chose this one. We compared it with the Hilton, Gate Tower Hotel, and Royal Hotel, and decided on this property—and it turned out to be an outstanding stay. I’ve stayed at the Royal Hotel and Hilton before (though not in Nagoya), so their reliability felt reassuring, but this was my first time staying at a Prince Hotel. Not only are the facilities excellent, but the staff were also wonderfully polite and calm in their service. The entrance on the first floor has a high ceiling, and walking toward the lobby really builds excitement. When you go up to the lobby on the 31st floor, there’s a chic atmosphere and you’re greeted by a gentle, sweet scent that feels very relaxing. The front desk area is open to below, creating an exceptional sense of space. Our Room also had beautiful views from the window, and we could enjoy different scenery throughout the day—from morning to afternoon to night. Breakfast offered an impressive variety; over two mornings during our two-night stay, we were able to enjoy completely different selections each time. The quality of the food was high as well, and overall satisfaction was excellent. The staff consistently greeted us and checked in attentively in a way that showed they were truly looking after their guests, which also gave an inviting, home-like comfort. The club lounge had an elegant atmosphere too, making it feel like a real treat. It truly was a wonderful stay. Thank you very much for everything.

Conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Nagoya Station, with a new building and clean, comfortable Room. As it is on the back side of Nagoya Station, the area still retains an atmosphere reminiscent of the old red-light district nearby. Meieki ESCA is close by, so you can enjoy Nagoya’s famous morning set meals and miso nikomi udon.
