Although we stayed for only one night, the staff kindly stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out and provided courteous service. The Room was clean and well maintained. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay. The front desk staff were very kind. There were no amenities such as facial toner, but there is a convenience store in the next building, so it wasn’t a problem. I stayed in a single room, but the bed was spacious and I slept comfortably. I’m very satisfied. I couldn’t use the TV’s sleep timer—was it a TV that doesn’t have that function? It would be convenient if it did. I was able to relax very well. Thank you.

This was my first stay at the accommodation, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. The hotel does not have an elevator, so you need to climb stairs to reach the front desk or entrance. I had a large suitcase with me, and during checkout, a male foreign staff member at the front desk kindly carried my suitcase down to the ground floor. I was very grateful for his help and touched by his kindness. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and a supermarket along with various shops right in front of it, which made my stay enjoyable without getting bored. I would like to use this accommodation again if I have another opportunity. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

My son stayed here alone for an entrance exam, and he said he was satisfied with everything. He also found the location very convenient. Starting the day after tomorrow, we will be staying as a parent and child, so we would appreciate it if you could arrange two Rooms on the same floor, as close to each other as possible.

I’ve stayed here many times for work. I really appreciate being able to use a twin room as a single at this price. Lately I’ve been assigned to the 2nd or 3rd floor, so the large public bath feels far and I haven’t used it, but when I did it was nice because it wasn’t crowded (though it was busy in the morning). These days I mostly just use the shower, which is more than enough. As for the Facility, details such as whether there is a heated toilet seat, how well the air conditioner works, and how new the unit bath is vary by Room, so I assume they are renovating little by little. Rooms with wall-mounted air conditioners may be newer, but I prefer the older built-in type because the heating works better. Since I bring my own bottle, having a hot-water dispenser is very helpful. Breakfast doesn’t include items like sausages or bacon; it’s more of a Japanese-style set of side dishes (perhaps geared toward older guests), but overall it’s delicious. Sometimes they serve curry. Recently there hasn’t even been dust behind the TV—it’s been cleaned well, and I’m satisfied. Toiletries like toothbrushes (in the lobby) and paper cups (by the hot-water dispenser) are available to take freely, so as long as you go get them yourself you won’t run short. I always have a comfortable stay here. Thank you.

Thank you for your hospitality. I made a Reservation because I couldn’t rest right away after moving. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and having a washing machine was fantastic. I was able to relax in the roomy bathroom where I could stretch out, and then sleep soundly. For breakfast, the two of us tried both the Japanese-style and Western-style options, and everything was delicious. Thank you very much. I’d love to stay again!

I always enjoy staying here. The balance of transportation access, nearby shopping, Room, and Facility is excellent and convenient, making it very comfortable. If I may make a request, it would be great to have instant drip coffee bags available at the service counter near the entrance for guests who want to take them back to their Room in the morning.

Good hotel. Kind staff. Clean and user-friendly. However, please note that with the IKYU UI, even if you make a reservation for the main building, you may be assigned to the annex. The annex is about a 5-minute walk but is a completely separate building.

I stayed at the accommodation for a live event. Although I thought the price was high for no meals included, it was very close to NHK Hall by foot, and there was a convenience store next door, so I was very satisfied. The building is old, but it has a clean atmosphere, and the room and water facilities were well-cleaned. I had no discomfort during my stay and found it comfortable. I would like to stay here again when attending another live event.

I stayed here for a business trip. Although it was a short stay this time, the room was designed conveniently for a multiple night stay, with features like a washing machine and stove. I wish I had stayed for more nights. The location is easily accessible from Yutenji Station and offers reasonable accommodation rates. There’s also a convenience store about 1 minute away on foot, and I believe there’s a supermarket near the station, making it convenient without needing to eat out. The amenities, showerhead, and hairdryer were from well-known brands, which made me excited during my stay. I would love to stay here again!

The hotel entrance and reception are stylish, and when I called with questions before my stay, the staff responded politely. The location is convenient, with a park, coffee shop, and convenience store nearby. It is slightly off the main road, making it quiet. The room was clean. Although the bathroom only had a shower and the shower room was small, I had a comfortable stay overall.

I recently stayed at the accommodation for a special occasion. From check-in to check-out, the staff provided exceptionally courteous service. The foreign staff members were also highly proficient in Japanese, allowing me to feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. We celebrated a birthday in the room this time, and the heartfelt message included with the room service hors d'oeuvres deeply moved the birthday celebrant. The Beef BOX was also incredibly delicious, creating wonderful memories for us. I was delighted to find hair oil available at the amenity bar, which showed thoughtful attention to detail. The room offered a view of Tokyo Tower, allowing us to enjoy stunning scenery from dusk until late at night. I would love to stay here again in the future. I noticed a hotel in Hiroshima and found out there is one in Shinjuku as well. I stayed there during my trip to Tokyo because I heard there is a delicious bakery and it has a stylish atmosphere. There are many comments that it is frequently used by foreigners, and the dim lighting inside gives it an overseas travel vibe. (I like dimly lit hotels abroad) On the other hand, the room has been renovated and is clean, featuring popular modern Japanese interior design. Personally, I found the interior and the front desk service comfortable, and with the diverse clientele, I hardly heard any Japanese (though Japanese is understood), which made it very relaxing. The breakfast and Italian food are also delicious. The location is good, so it's easy to take a stroll to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building's observation deck at night. I definitely want to stay there again.

Located across from Mega Don Quijote, the upper floors of the multi-purpose commercial facility "Dogenzaka-dori" house the Hotel. Follow the pathway inside and you'll find a sign for the Hotel. The room is compact but cleverly designed, offering enough space to open suitcases comfortably. There’s a niche by the entrance that perfectly fits two suitcases, making your stay efficient and spacious. From reception to elevators and room interiors, artistic decor creates a stylish atmosphere. The reception staff were kind and accommodating with luggage storage requests. The room features twin beds, a table set for two, a large-screen TV, an air purifier, soft waffle-textured pajamas and bathrobes, as well as ample amenities like cleansing products and lotion. The bathroom includes a spacious bathtub combined with a shower area—conveniently designed like your own home bathroom—perfect for relaxation. Additional thoughtful services include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers, steamers, etc., ensuring comfort during your stay. Both toilet and sink areas are roomy—it’s hard to believe it’s only 25 square meters! Truly comfortable. With cafes, restaurants, and bars available within the Facility itself—you might wish you had more time to enjoy everything! Breakfast can be enjoyed at the restaurant buffet or through in-room dining for leisurely mornings; an American breakfast was around 2,500 yen. Even coffee cups are beautifully designed—with Hachiko illustrations on saucers adding charm. Fresh bread rolls along with salads and fruits were delicious! Conveniently located along Bunkamura Street near cafes/restaurants/convenience stores; elevator access requires key cards while peephole covers on doors ensure safety. Compact yet incredibly comfortable—a convenient Hotel perfect for any traveler!

I stayed with my high school and college-aged children. Since I read the reviews before going, I was pleasantly surprised by how much better it was than I expected. Check-in and check-out were a breeze as we were already registered through Ikkyu, and the staff at the reception were kind and attentive. The room was simple yet stylish. Being a corner room, we had a view of the train tracks and Miyashita Park, which was nice. There was also a café next to the reception where we could enjoy a stylish atmosphere. We enjoyed strolling around the shops in Miyashita Park as well. It was also close to the station. I forgot something and they sent it to me, and their response was good. I would like to visit again, so here are some points of concern. When we checked in, the air conditioning in the room was not on, and perhaps because it was a corner room, it was as hot as a steam bath. I understand it's an era of labor shortages and energy saving, but I wish the air conditioning had been turned on a little earlier. Also, there were no locks on the toilet and shower, which seemed to be a concern for my children at their age. I'm curious about the other rooms as well, and I would like to visit again.

I stayed here to attend an anniversary event at Shibuya Public Hall. Even late at night, the staff kindly and carefully helped me with laundry services, which was very reassuring. Although I did not book a Plan with meals, there was a light breakfast service and complimentary late-night “Yonaki Soba.” There were also plenty of restaurants nearby as well as Don Quijote, so I had no trouble finding food and enjoyed a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable experience. If I had to mention one minor point, the Room I stayed in smelled slightly of tobacco. Since I made the Reservation for a smoking Room myself, it may not be fair to complain; however, some people may find perfect scores hard to believe, so I decided to leave this Review. I apologize. I sometimes stay at other Business Hotels as well, but I always end up thinking of Dormy Inn and comparing them—so in the end, I feel Dormy Inn is probably the best choice when choosing Accommodation.
