I stayed here for a girls' trip. Rather than being a perfectly polished and formal hotel, it was warm, friendly, and had just the right level of attentiveness, which made it very enjoyable. The staff at the shop had a wonderful smile. Their explanations were thorough and full of love for the products without being pushy, making shopping an enjoyable experience. The person who brought our drinks during dinner added a thoughtful comment after placing them and provided attentive assistance when we asked for help with taking photos. When we were looking for the facility's pool, an employee kindly approached us after overhearing our conversation with friends. The front desk staff who helped us log out of the projector in our room also provided excellent service. Even though it was just a one-night stay, I can still recall many faces of the employees who made an impression on me. Each hotel staff member seemed genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests could enjoy their stay comfortably and pleasantly. Personally, as someone who loves tableware, I appreciated dining with such cute dishes! As for the dinner course at night—while it was simply good—the presentation of dishes and beautiful scenery enhanced my overall enjoyment (laughs). You can enjoy free facilities like an indoor pool, table tennis area, simulation golf course, and more within the hotel. The relaxed yet attentive hospitality reminded me of overseas resort hotels. Personally speaking, this balance allowed me to unwind completely and have a wonderful holiday experience. At breakfast time in the dining area: I noticed that my table hadn’t been cleaned from previous use; I wiped it myself using a wet towel. When leaving my seat later on during breakfast hours—I ensured everything looked tidy before departing too! Some plates showed slight oil stains left behind which caught attention briefly but wasn’t overly bothersome either... Regarding room amenities: The hairdryer couldn’t be moved since connected directly nearby outlets lacked mirrors close-by hence felt inconvenient slightly while drying hair properly... However minor inconveniences aside—it remains such lovely accommodation where these small issues didn’t detract much overall charm whatsoever! Addressing those aspects would elevate guest experiences further undoubtedly!

This was my first stay, and the Japanese-style room on the 6th floor was incredibly comfortable! It was perfect for our two-generation family trip. We also enjoyed the large public bath on the 7th floor as many times as we liked with no extra charge. Breakfast was a buffet in a wonderful restaurant with an open atrium and a ship-inspired design, and everything was delicious. The shumai were especially fluffy and amazing.

I heard that the Prince Hotel would be built in Momochihama, and I had been looking forward to its opening. It more than met my expectations—the simple, modern interior with warm tropical touches and the ocean-view layout really lifted my spirits. Even though it has only recently opened, everything was impeccably clean. Every space felt spotless and fresh, and I was able to relax comfortably throughout my stay. Breakfast was a half-buffet style where you can choose a main dish, and both the main and the buffet items were delicious. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great this time, but I hope to come back on a clear day with a deep blue sky. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

The location of this Hotel, with Genkai Island right in front, is exceptional, even though I have visited many hotels with ocean views. However, the weather was bad on the day of my stay, so I couldn't see the sunset over Genkai Island. I was looking forward to enjoying motsunabe for dinner but was disappointed that it had been replaced with mizutaki. That said, the fish dishes like sashimi and simmered fish, as well as turban shells (sazae), were delicious. I traveled alone and was able to book at a reasonable price through Yahoo Travel.
