This is my third stay for business. The staff at this Hotel are very pleasant, and from the moment I check in, I feel glad I chose to stay here. I only used the restaurant for the breakfast buffet, but there was a wide variety of dishes and it was very satisfying. The view of Mt. Fuji when I opened the curtains in the morning was breathtaking. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The ocean view was excellent with a great scenery. Having a washing machine and dryer was very helpful! However, the cleaning of the water area in the Room and inside the drawers was not thorough, which was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was delicious!

When we were looking for the facility's pool, an employee kindly approached us after overhearing our conversation with friends. The front desk staff who helped us log out of the projector in our room also provided excellent service. Even though it was just a one-night stay, I can still recall many faces of the employees who made an impression on me. Each hotel staff member seemed genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests could enjoy their stay comfortably and pleasantly. Personally, as someone who loves tableware, I appreciated dining with such cute dishes! As for the dinner course at night—while it was simply good—the presentation of dishes and beautiful scenery enhanced my overall enjoyment (laughs). You can enjoy free facilities like an indoor pool, table tennis area, simulation golf course, and more within the hotel. The relaxed yet attentive hospitality reminded me of overseas resort hotels. Personally speaking, this balance allowed me to unwind completely and have a wonderful holiday experience. At breakfast time in the dining area: I noticed that my table hadn’t been cleaned from previous use; I wiped it myself using a wet towel. When leaving my seat later on during breakfast hours—I ensured everything looked tidy before departing too! Some plates showed slight oil stains left behind which caught attention briefly but wasn’t overly bothersome either... Regarding room amenities: The hairdryer couldn’t be moved since connected directly nearby outlets lacked mirrors close-by hence felt inconvenient slightly while drying hair properly... However minor inconveniences aside—it remains such lovely accommodation where these small issues didn’t detract much overall charm whatsoever! Addressing those aspects would elevate guest experiences further undoubtedly!

I stayed at this accommodation for the first time during the same period last year, and I was so satisfied that I decided to stay again for two consecutive years. This time as well, both the meals and the bath (room with a private open-air bath) were excellent, and it’s already certain that I’ll visit again next year. Additionally, all the staff provided great service, accommodating my request to substitute ingredients I’m not fond of, leaving me completely satisfied with everything.

We stayed on the Anniversary Plan, and I can’t fully put into words how enjoyable and memorable our stay was. We are truly grateful. The shuttle bus from Kyoto Station made access extremely convenient. We used the revolving observation restaurant “TOP OF KYOTO” for both dinner and breakfast. At dinner, we were delighted by your thoughtful touches—an anniversary photo, a single rose as a gift, a message on the dessert plate, and even a whole cake. Every dish featuring plenty of Kyoto vegetables was delicious, and we enjoyed a luxurious time watching the ever-changing views of Kyoto from the gently rotating dining room. The cityscape wrapped in soft morning light and the fantastical Kyoto floating in the sparkling night view—being able to enjoy both was especially memorable. The pool and sauna available as part of our 10th-floor Room benefits were also wonderful, and we were moved by how carefully your staff responded during a small unexpected incident. I’m not very confident at swimming, but this inspired me to join a swimming club so that next time I can return able to swim properly. After dinner, we had cocktails at the bar; everything—the interior design, lighting, atmosphere, and service—was comfortable, as if luxurious time for adults flowed by slowly. Wherever we were in the Hotel, we felt a sense of security and elegance—and above all, your staff’s politeness and warmth. It truly felt like a first-class Hotel. Thank you very much for making our special day such an amazing memory. We would love to stay again.

Being able to enjoy a variety of alcoholic drinks during dinner was amazing! I was especially happy to have a Nagisa Beer server. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also appreciated the free massage chair. There are many stairs to the large public bath, and even more to the panoramic open-air bath. It might be tough for elderly guests. However, the view and the hot spring water are wonderful, so I definitely recommend going.

The pajamas were a separate (two-piece) type, and there was also a bathrobe. The bathrobe was convenient for going to the pool—you can change into your swimsuit in the Room and throw it on before heading out. There are many convenience stores and restaurants near the Hotel. Kokusai-dori is a bit of a walk away, but still within walking distance. We were able to relax and enjoy awamori and Orion beer in the lounge as well. It was February, but we could still use the night pool. The wind was cold so we couldn’t stay in for long, but it was a wonderful experience and we had a great time. The pool & bar staff spoke to us kindly and were very considerate, which made us happy—thank you again for everything. We would definitely like to stay again.

This was my first time staying here. I was glad the Agara Lounge was open, but I would be even happier if it were truly all-inclusive, with drinks available during meals as well. The sashimi at dinner—especially the Katsuura tuna—was all fresh and delicious. The bath water quality was excellent, with a pleasantly silky Onsen feel.
