While planning a trip to Wakayama, I was drawn to a cute log house Stays and decided to book it. The log house, the surrounding greenery, the location with a view of the sea, and the many knick-knacks from around the log house to the interior, everything is fun and exciting to look at. Above all, the owner's bright personality and cute smile are the best. At night, the most memorable moment was chatting with the owner at a dimly lit bar-style counter with jazz playing, while enjoying a handmade plum juice welcome drink. In the morning, breakfast on the terrace with a view of the sea. With tourist spots like Senjojiki, Onsen, and Shirarahama nearby, it turned out to be a wonderful trip to Wakayama. Thank you very much!

The location was excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay. It would be perfect if there was a TV. I would love to stay here again when visiting Kamakura.

The Room was spacious, clean, and perfect for a relaxing stay! The view of the sea from both the Room and the bath was stunning. The highlight was definitely the food! Each dish, prepared in a stone oven with great care, had excellent quality, quantity, and timing. I would love to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you!

The exterior of the Hotel has a historical charm, but the interior of the Room has been renovated and feels very clean. What impressed me most upon entering the Room was the view from the window! The sunset and horizon were incredibly soothing. Next, the food. The sashimi platter with abalone was impressive, and everything including the meat was absolutely delicious and satisfying. Breakfast was also plentiful with great volume and taste. The Onsen had a few small insects, but being surrounded by nature made it feel charming. The slightly viscous water felt wonderful to bathe in. All of the staff were polite and kind, making our stay very comfortable. I would love to visit Amakusa again! Thank you so much!

The seaside location offered great views, and the Room was clean and relaxing. The meals were also satisfying. However, the bath was on a time schedule, which made it less relaxing as I had to watch the time. Overall, I was satisfied.

I was a bit anxious before staying, but the accommodation (pension) was well-equipped with amenities and thoroughly cleaned. The loft-style design delighted the children, and we were very satisfied. Given the location, it’s perfect for enjoying peace and nature, though there were many insects... which is understandable (haha). I would love to stay here again.

BBQ and sauna options are available! The sauna pairs perfectly with the pool right in front, and I enjoyed using it multiple times! The view from the pool is stunning, and soaking in the pool while watching a beautiful sunset was incredibly relaxing, helping me forget all my daily worries. I would love to stay here again!

We stayed at the accommodation for a three-generation trip, as it was strongly requested by our grandchild. We didn't see any other Japanese guests during our stay. If we were more fluent in English, it would have been an even more enjoyable experience. We had breakfast at the attached café in the morning. Both the accommodation and café were stylishly designed and lovely places to be. The shower room was clean, though there was no bathtub. However, as Japanese people, especially seniors, we do miss soaking in a bath.

This was my first time using this accommodation for a memorial service in a nearby city. The Multiple Night Stay Plan was very reasonable. The house has a nostalgic design, but the interior has been renovated, thoroughly cleaned, and is very tidy. Everything necessary was provided, which was very helpful. Having hand towels specifically for the water areas was surprisingly convenient! There were also baby items available, making it comfortable even for families with small children. Our child loved the playground equipment in the garden so much that they kept playing even after dark and skipped dinner (laughs). During the memorial service, they kept saying they wanted to go back to play and woke up early in the morning to head outside again. The illuminated playground equipment at night was adorable as well! Above all else, the beauty of the sunset and starry sky left us speechless! It had been so long since I last saw such a stunning star-filled sky. The sunrise in the morning was also breathtakingly beautiful. Additionally, being able to handle post-reservation procedures via LINE made things incredibly convenient. Responses were quick and polite, allowing us to enjoy our stay with peace of mind. I would love to stay here again! Just one suggestion: having some kind of sign or marker at the entrance from the main road would be helpful. Since it's a narrow gravel path, we initially passed by it (laughs). During daylight hours we could identify it by recognizing the building's wall color afterward; however, at night when it's pitch dark it felt uncertain (laughs). Please consider this improvement!

I stayed in a room with a double bed. It was very spacious! The TV was large, and I enjoyed watching Netflix. The room had a washer with a dryer, which was very convenient. For Multiple Night Stays, it seems cleaning is not provided, so guests need to take care of trash disposal and bath towels themselves.

The staff provided very kind service, and the Room was the closest to the front desk. Despite arriving early, we were allowed to check in, and since we brought our own food and drinks, we could enjoy a barbecue from an early time. The sunset view from the oceanfront was breathtaking. The Room was also cute and stylish, making it a very satisfying stay.

It was a delightful space that made our time at the accommodation enjoyable during our multiple night stay on a long-awaited trip to Hakodate. The facility was excellent, and I definitely want to stay here again. As for my impressions, the windows were quite large, so having something like roll curtains would have been nice. Also, while there were three parking spaces nearby, I slightly wished there was one more space in front of the entrance.

After enjoying a touring experience in Wakayama, savoring delicious Kue cuisine has become an annual pleasure. The sunset over the Pacific Ocean viewed from the dining Room was incredibly beautiful. Looking forward to next season as well!

We stayed here as a family. The exterior and interior were stylish, and it was very comfortable. We had two 1-year-old children who enjoyed running around. The location was excellent, with the beach just a short walk away. We also used the grill for a BBQ. It was nice that plastic wrap and aluminum foil were provided, but when we went to use the aluminum foil, it was empty. Other than that, we were very satisfied with our stay. Opened in March this year, this accommodation has been operating for just half a year. I discovered it through a friend's SNS post and decided to visit. Located on Oshima Island, part of the sacred route from Munakata Taisha's main shrine (Hetsu-miya: Munakata-san) to Okinoshima via Nakatsu-miya, the island is steeped in history as a World Heritage Site. On this day, we visited Hetsu-miya and then drove to Kami-no-Misaki Port in Munakata City to take the ferry "Oshima" to Oshima Port. We stayed as a couple in a glamping tent designed for four people. The dinner was so abundant that we couldn't finish it all—there was even wild boar meat served as an extra treat! We felt almost guilty about not being able to eat everything. Perched on top of a hill with stunning ocean views below... To the left, you can see Fukuoka City's artificial Island City "Kashii-Terihata" with its luxury tower apartments. Although it was cloudy that day, on clear days you might be able to spot PayPay Dome or Fukuoka Tower (we could faintly see Hilton Hotel). Within the facility, guests are transported by cart after parking their cars and can enjoy various options like buggies. This place feels so luxurious and special that I wondered if it's even appropriate to stay here on such sacred ground—it’s truly breathtaking. Near the ferry port is "Kansu Beach," which features a torii gate called "Yume no Sayojima" set in the sea; during low tide, you can walk across to this small island—a highlight of Oshima itself. While there are areas affected by landslides due to heavy rainstorms recently, I hope they recover soon. Honestly speaking, it's not very famous yet at this moment—but once it becomes well-known, reservations might become impossible! It’s such an incredible hidden gem that I almost wish it remains undiscovered by too many people. I will definitely return again someday. Thank you so much!!

This was a four-generation trip to relax and enjoy delicious seafood. Sonnore was just like the photos—if not even better. The kids were thrilled with the first-floor Facility and the dome tent on the rooftop, while the adults enjoyed a relaxing time on the second floor. Although the weather was great, we were disappointed we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but we all agreed that we definitely want to come again! The road up to Sonnore is quite steep, so it would have been helpful to know that in advance.
