We visited with my daughter’s family—four generations in total. As soon as you enter, the ocean is right in front of you through the large glass windows. There was a big pool, and everything was set up for a BBQ. The kids never got bored—they ran around the living room and went up to the second floor, having a great time until it was time to leave. It’s a very clean Facility, and the location is perfect. We’re already saying we’d love to stay again. Please note that there are no seasonings or plastic wrap provided, so bring what you need. Also, the rice cooker was unusual—it’s the type where you add water to the outer pot, which was hard to figure out. I think it would be helpful to have written instructions. Thank you very much for taking care of us during our stay.

Close to the sea, you can see the beautiful ocean from the room on sunny days. There are many stylish restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, so you won't have trouble finding meals. The sauna was authentic, the cold bath was chilly, and the outdoor air bath was excellent. The room design and amenities were all stylish.

The Room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were always seen cleaning. When the dryer stopped working, they responded promptly, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable stay! The morning bread and drink service was great; the bread was packed in a bag, so we could enjoy it with our family at the beach! We would love to stay here again next time!

This is my sixth repeat visit. It was my first time having breakfast and dinner, and the Hida beef steak for dinner was extremely delicious. I was able to make a Reservation for a private open-air bath and enjoyed a relaxing soak. Thank you very much.

I heard that a colleague from work was staying here, so I decided to stay as well with a separate reservation. From check-in to breakfast and departure, the staff were very pleasant, and the stay was comfortable. We opted for a plan with breakfast included, and the freshly cooked rice and side dishes made for an excellent meal. Since there are few dining options in Fukudamura, staying with a dinner barbecue plan also seems like it would be enjoyable.

Dinner was luxurious with sea urchin and crab. The Onsen and Room were clean and beautiful. The location is excellent, right next to Cape Peshi, just a few minutes by car to Sunset Hill Observatory, where we went to see the sunset after dinner. The ferry terminal for traveling to Rebun the next morning was also conveniently close.

The Hotel offers great views and is located near a park square perfect for morning walks, with friendly staff providing warm hospitality. The rooms are equipped with tables and chairs for a comfortable stay. The spacious bathroom is often uncrowded, allowing for a relaxing experience. The parking area is conveniently close to the entrance, making luggage handling hassle-free. The artwork displayed on the room walls was impressive and beautiful.

For this price, the quality is excellent—great value for money. The room was spacious enough and had a terrace, which was very relaxing. With the window open, you can hear the sound of the waves—it’s soothing. When turning in from the main road, the lane is narrow, so drivers should be careful. The Hotel is tucked away further in. It’s a small, quiet Hotel that I highly recommend. It may look like there’s nothing around, but if you walk a bit you’ll find great izakayas and yakiniku restaurants nearby, so we were very satisfied. I’d love to stay at this Hotel again.

The washing machine was not securely fixed, which caused the spin cycle to take longer, and the bathroom dryer timer could only be set for one hour. Other than that, everything was excellent. I appreciated the prompt response to my request for additional cooking utensils. It would be great if the provided pot were slightly larger. I would love to stay here again!

With access to the sauna and an open-air bath, plus an ocean view, this price is a great value. Though compact, the Facility is thoughtfully designed and very functional, and the towels and sheets felt great on the skin—I slept soundly. I’d love to stay again.

I stayed here during a solo motorcycle trip. The building shows its age, but it seems to be well maintained with gradual renovations. The highlight, the free-flowing Onsen bath, was wonderfully relaxing and I enjoyed it to my heart’s content. However, since the Onsen water is constantly flowing and the environment is very humid, it may be a bit challenging for guests who are sensitive about cleanliness. The meals I was looking forward to were also very satisfying in both quality and quantity—I ended up drinking more shochu than planned and became a happily stuffed, tipsy guest. In the dining area, the owner, his wife, and their daughter were all pleasant to talk with and took great care of me. I think this place attracts a wide range of guests—solo travelers as well as couples and families with children—because it offers both great Onsen and excellent food. I’ll be back again—thank you very much.

The room was neither too spacious nor too small, just the right size for two adults. The room was also clean (though I noticed a long hair on the robe, which concerned me slightly). The bath was an open-air one, and while there were houses a bit further away that made me wonder if they could see in, there were adjustable automatic shutters. When fully lowered, they completely blocked the view from outside and kept out the cold air. Despite snow remaining from the previous day, we could enjoy a warm soak without feeling chilly. The temperature of the bath was just right for relaxing. Concerns: We chose a plan with in-room dining for our meals. However, after grilling meat during dinner, its smell lingered throughout the room until bedtime. While it might have been our oversight as well, future guests opting for this plan might want to keep their bedroom doors closed during meals to avoid this issue. It would be considerate if staff could mention this when serving meals or perhaps provide additional amenities like room sprays alongside air purifiers to enhance comfort further. That said, the meat was tender and delicious; other dishes were also very tasty with portions that felt just right. With free beer dispensers, ice cream machines, drinks in the fridge available at no extra cost, and even foot baths provided—this is overall a wonderful accommodation! Next time I’d love to visit again with my mother. Thank you for your hospitality!

I made a last-minute weekend reservation. Each person was served one Echizen crab, and the rest of the dishes featured snow crab, all of which were highly satisfying. Although we usually eat quickly, we found ourselves eating quietly and realized two hours had passed! By the time we got to the rice porridge at the end, we were completely full. Those with small appetites should be cautious. However, at breakfast the next day, I ended up having seconds of rice. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and was very satisfying as well. This accommodation and its cuisine are perfect for an occasional indulgence. The onsen was not crowded, and the water quality was excellent too. I look forward to visiting again!

Our first glamping experience as a parent-child duo was a bit nerve-wracking at first, but it turned out to be absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything was so well-prepared that even beginners like us had no trouble at all. The building's light blue resort-style design and the stylish room made us feel like we were in another world from the moment we stepped in! The amenities were impressive—complete with body lotion that you can take home! Even insect-repellent items like mosquito coils were provided, showing incredible attention to detail. The sunsets, sunrises, and starry skies were breathtaking! Soaking in the ocean-view bath while watching the campfire felt indescribably luxurious. BBQ grill and campfire usage times (9:00 PM/10:00 PM) were clearly set, allowing us to relax without worry. The staff had wonderful smiles and gave clear explanations that helped us quickly settle in despite being new to this experience. The welcome drink was delicious and instantly lifted our spirits upon arrival! We reserved a BBQ course, and they prepared an adult-sized portion for my child too—so filling! Each dish came with detailed instructions on how to prepare it, making cooking together fun for both of us. For breakfast, we got creative by adding homemade ice cream as toppings—it was such a treat! The coffee was excellent too; sipping it while gazing at the sea made for a perfect moment of relaxation. We also got lucky with access to "Yashi no Yu" nearby—a fantastic bonus! They provided makeup remover, toner, and moisturizer—such thoughtful touches for women guests. With gender-swapped baths between morning and night sessions available twice during our stay—it doubled the enjoyment factor! Although one towel set per person is included by default having extra towels would have been even better since we enjoyed multiple baths throughout our visit. Everything—the room quality food options Onsen services scenic views exceeded expectations leaving lasting impressions everywhere possible! While fridge space might seem slightly limited if planning ahead bringing external supplies note beer wine juice vending machines readily accessible onsite ensuring convenience remains intact overall. Fireworks games sold locally added nighttime entertainment value keeping boredom far away altogether! Returning home discussing plans already saying aloud “Let’s come back again soon!” proves how unforgettable summer memories created amidst swaying palm trees full-blown resort vibes truly became reality here today!!

In 2025, I visited Okinawa four times and stayed at different condo vacation rentals each time. However, my stay at Doka Doka was the best, so I decided to return here for my year-end visit. During this second stay, I noticed various thoughtful touches from the perspective of guests that I hadn't realized during my first visit. It made me feel that this place is the perfect choice for future stays. While many "Instagrammable Rooms" are introduced all over Okinawa, I've often felt they lack consideration for actual guest needs when staying there. This includes kitchen facilities, cooking utensils, bathrooms, or even how doors open and close—small details but noticeable nonetheless. It seems like those managing such facilities may not have actually stayed in their own rooms themselves. On the other hand, it feels like whoever designed this place considered everything from a personal user’s perspective because nothing is lacking here. (The bathroom doesn't have a reheating function for baths; hence my rating of 4 stars in that regard—but it's not something I'd ask to be changed as it’s perfectly fine as is.) It may not be highly "Instagrammable," but it offers more than enough comfort if your goal is to live like a local during your stay. The beautiful Yachimun pottery provided adds an extra touch of joy when preparing meals in the kitchen. The café breakfast experience was also wonderful—staff were very kind and accommodating with generous portions served. The scenery was stunning while the gentle music and atmosphere inside uplifted our morning mood beautifully. I’m already looking forward to visiting again next time! Thank you very much!

Enjoy a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi while watching the sunset over the ocean, and make the most of the sauna. The Room is clean, equipped with modern kitchen appliances and cooking utensils. Meals, such as shabu-shabu for dinner and hot sandwiches for breakfast, were absolutely delicious. In the evening, we watched two movies in the living room. We had a wonderful time unwinding and enjoying this lovely Room to its fullest. Our family even said, "We want to live here; we’re not going back," which shows just how comfortable our stay was. It’s such an amazing place that it makes us want to try staying in another building next time!

We stayed for a multiple night stay on the last days of our Okinawa trip. The accommodation is situated on a slope overlooking Kouri Bridge, offering breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace. We went out to the terrace several times a day to enjoy the colors of the sea shimmering in the sunrise and sunset. Fortunately, we had clear skies throughout our 2-night, 3-day stay, allowing us to fully appreciate the beauty of Kouri Island. The building's white base must require significant upkeep, but it was impeccably maintained without a single stain in sight. The variety of drinks provided in the room and abundance of towels were also much appreciated. The pool was spacious and deep enough for comfortable swimming in both mornings and evenings, which helped alleviate any lack of exercise during our trip. While food delivery might be an option depending on providers, we opted to purchase groceries from nearby supermarkets this time and found it convenient enough. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating; they even allowed us an early check-in, which was very helpful. Whenever we stay on Kouri Island, we usually drive around searching for beautiful locations; however, this villa’s stunning view alone made our stay more than satisfying—it was both comfortable and enjoyable! We look forward to staying here again for another multiple night stay next time. Thank you very much!

The Facility is quite old, but the Room we stayed in had been refurbished, there were no noticeable odors at all, and we had a comfortable stay. The Room only has shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a toothbrush set, but we didn’t need anything else so it wasn’t an issue. Dinner was a set meal featuring Agu pork grilled on a ceramic plate; it was delicious, and it was convenient not having to go out. We would stay here again when visiting northern Okinawa.

A truly wonderful pension. The environment is designed with dogs in mind, making it very comfortable to stay. The dog run is spacious, and Hamana Lake is right in front. Both the night and morning were incredibly relaxing. We will definitely visit again. Thank you very much!
