My first stay in Enoshima. Maybe because it was a weekday, they even upgraded us. The spacious Room and the open-air bath while enjoying the view outside were amazing! If I had to mention one thing, there was only Chinese cuisine for dinner, so as seniors we wished there had been more options, but the Chinese food was still very delicious (laugh). Also, the breakfast bento was far better than expected, the staff’s attentiveness was wonderful, and it turned into a very satisfying short trip. Thank you! I’ll make another Reservation!

We are always grateful for the comfortable Room, wonderful views, delicious cuisine, and warm hospitality from everyone. This time, there were a couple of minor misunderstandings by chance, but the Guest Service Center’s prompt and excellent support reassured us once again that this is a Hotel where we can stay with peace of mind. As always, it is a truly happy moment when you greet us by name at the entrance. Right after returning home, we made our next Reservation—we are sincerely looking forward to it.

It was my first time staying here, and the Room was spacious with an ocean view, very clean, and overall excellent. The breakfast buffet had a high standard, and even my picky wife praised it, saying, "You can't replicate the flavor of this porridge." I also appreciated the unlimited sea grapes—a small but delightful touch. The kitchen utensils were well-equipped, allowing us to buy interesting ingredients from local supermarkets and try them out. Although I didn’t use the public bath, the private bathroom in the Room was great. I had no complaints at all and gave everything a 5-star rating!

It’s easy to get to the beach. I was able to relax very well. I enjoyed watching the aquarium in the entrance. It was nice to be a little away from the bustle of American Village. It’s convenient—just a 5-minute walk to Chatan Gateway. The Onsen is also close by, and soaking twice a day, morning and evening, helped relieve my fatigue. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

Stayed here to attend a live show at K-Arena. It’s right by Shin-Takashima Station and also close to K-Arena, and there’s a convenience store on the first floor, so the location is excellent. The Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the large public bath was also spotless; the water temperature was just right and helped me recover from travel fatigue. Also, access to the elevators and the large public bath requires a key card, so security feels solid. From the Room window, I enjoyed Yokohama’s night view. The Hotel entrance was a bit hard to find, but the official website provides detailed directions, so it’s worth checking. Overall I was very satisfied, and I’d like to stay again when I visit Yokohama.

This was our first stay at this Hotel. My wife had long wanted to visit, so I made a Reservation to celebrate her birthday. What struck me most was the building’s elegance and calm atmosphere. The furnishings were also refined and tasteful. For dinner, we ate at Kitano Terrace, higher up from the Hotel, with a beautiful view of Kobe’s night skyline. The food was excellent, and we enjoyed both fish and meat as main dishes. It was a wonderful dinner where we could enjoy both the view and the meal. As a palate cleanser before the final dessert, we were served shaved ice topped with homemade strawberry jam. It surprised me a little, but it worked well as a transition between the courses and dessert. And then the final desserts arrived on a cart! We enjoyed Opera cake, cheesecake, strawberry tart, canelé, pudding, and chocolates as well. We fell asleep still savoring the afterglow of dinner, and breakfast the next morning—an extension of that experience—was beautifully presented with thoughtful table setting. The ingredients were health-conscious and well balanced; it truly lived up to its reputation as “the world’s best breakfast.” We would love to visit again.

We were looking for a dog-friendly Accommodation for a last-minute family trip and stayed here. It’s still a new Hotel, with that pleasant “new building” scent, and the Room with a private garden dog run was clean, odor-free, and very comfortable. We booked a Plan that included breakfast and use of the Onsen Facility. We were also able to have dinner at the restaurant in the Onsen Facility across from the Accommodation (on the day we stayed, we didn’t need a Reservation and could relax at a window seat where we watched the sun set into the sea). We ordered a variety of dishes—sashimi, chirashi sushi, tonkatsu, offal yaki-udon, salads, kamameshi rice—and there were plenty of other options as well. Everything tasted great and was truly delicious. I would have loved to be able to eat dinner in our Room together with our dog, but since that wasn’t possible I’m deducting one point for dining. The bath was not too hot—just the right temperature—and spacious enough to soak slowly and unwind. Our dog only uses grass for toileting, so having immediate access from the terrace to the dog run was incredibly helpful. All staff members were very kind. Because my mother has trouble with her legs and the low bed was difficult for her, we asked for advice and they kindly prepared an additional futon for us. Breakfast felt like a fun picnic-style meal; it was delicious and very filling. As others have mentioned in their comments, I can see what they mean about how narrow the entrance is… but it was fine even with a wheelchair. If we come back to this area again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

The meals are all delicious and beautifully presented. The winter menu's sautéed cod milt was delightful. The chef seems to put great care into the sauces, crafting flavors that complement the ingredients perfectly. The Room is warm with underfloor heating and has a lovely atmosphere, allowing for a relaxing stay. The autumn leaves in the garden were stunning, making me forget about the cold as I admired them. Next time, I would love to stay during a season when I can enjoy breakfast outdoors.

A newly opened facility, everything was spotless and we had a very comfortable stay. The host's hospitality was excellent, and their explanations were clear and helpful. It was a wonderful accommodation experience!

We stayed for one night as a family to celebrate my mother's 77th birthday. Although the weather was unfortunately rainy, we were able to spend a luxurious and happy time together in the spacious room and beautifully designed resort-like space. The terrace was seamlessly connected to the interior, offering a sense of openness and easy access, which we really appreciated. The wide roof also allowed us to enjoy the terrace even in the rain. My family was very pleased and said it was wonderful! Thank you so much.

A luxurious, unhurried escape right in front of the sea. The private pool, sauna, and relaxation area were fantastic—an ideal space to enjoy without worrying about anyone around you. Spending time at a leisurely pace while taking in the ocean view was truly soothing, making it easy to forget everyday life and fully unwind. Rather than packing your schedule with sightseeing, this villa is perfect for those who want to slow down and simply enjoy being here. It was a wonderful villa—luxurious yet somehow calming—and a place I’d love to return to. Thank you!
