I was a bit unsure about the buffet-style meals, but they were excellent—freshly made sushi prepared to order and steaks grilled on the spot. The sushi had thick toppings with a smaller amount of rice, and it was truly delicious. The bath was also clean. I wanted to watch the sunrise in the morning, but unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate. Before departure, I was able to enjoy coffee in the lounge as well, which made for a very relaxing and elegant stay.

I stayed here with my daughter. The ocean-view Room was wonderful, and we were able to relax and enjoy tea time in the lounge as well as the limited-time SAKURA BAR. Breakfast was also very delicious. The floor above was noisy late at night, but when I called the front desk, they responded politely and promptly, for which I am truly grateful to the staff. As a treat for myself, I stayed at my beloved Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo. Spending a relaxing Hotel stay while taking in views that felt like a heavenly sanctuary was the perfect way to refresh. In the room, they had prepared a fruit plate with a message, Mandarin Oriental blend tea, and cereal cookies. Together with the chocolates I received at check-in, I savored each one carefully. For both dinner and breakfast, I used in-room dining and was able to enjoy my meal and drinks at a leisurely pace. Wanting to enjoy Valentine’s cake and chocolates with my drinks, I bought a heart-shaped cheesecake and heart-shaped chocolates from the gourmet shop on the first floor—it made for such a happy night. In the morning, I chose the Japanese set breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful tableware and the many carefully prepared dishes. The “Thank you always” message fruit plate became a wonderful memory—I took lots of photos after my meal. I also got to enjoy my favorite spa twice: once at night with sparkling city views, and again early in the morning at sunrise. I was also able to unwind in the in-room bathtub with hinoki bath salts. During magic hour at dusk and dawn—and while admiring the glittering night view—I felt truly grateful to be alive, filled with happiness and abundance. Thanks to all of your staff who supported me throughout my stay, it became an unforgettable 2-day/1-night experience right up until the very end. I stayed for one night during the busy Obon season, and at check-in, my room was upgraded to a very spacious room with a great view. Although the property shows its age, it is well-maintained. When I asked about nearby tourist attractions, the staff kindly provided detailed information about locations and the best times to visit, allowing me to enjoy exactly the scenery I had hoped for. The buffet at Marskoi for dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes that were enjoyable just to look at. Every dish I carefully selected was delicious. The dessert selection was also abundant, but I couldn't try everything as I was too full. Even close to closing time, there were plenty of dishes available, so I ended up eating until the very end. The Onsen and large public bath were spacious and luxurious, providing a relaxing experience. However, as with many Onsens, it would be nice if more hair dryers could be provided in the women's area. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Shiretoko at a leisurely pace—thank you!

It was my first time staying in Hagi, and I was moved by the wonderful scenery that truly lives up to the name “Hagi Hakkei.” I asked to change dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. so I could watch the sunset from my Room, and I was able to take my time enjoying the sun slowly sink

The off-season rates were affordable, and the Room was new, clean, and equipped with convenient amenities. I had seen comments about the limited breakfast variety, but it seems to have improved. Considering the price, it was more than sufficient and delicious for me. I also appreciated that some of the side dishes changed on the second day. Although it's a bit of a walk from the bus stop, it's not an issue if you don't mind walking. I thoroughly enjoyed my first stay in Urasoe. Thank you!

We stayed on the Anniversary Plan, and I can’t fully put into words how enjoyable and memorable our stay was. We are truly grateful. The shuttle bus from Kyoto Station made access extremely convenient. We used the revolving observation restaurant “TOP OF KYOTO” for both dinner and breakfast. At dinner, we were delighted by your thoughtful touches—an anniversary photo, a single rose as a gift, a message on the dessert plate, and even a whole cake. Every dish featuring plenty of Kyoto vegetables was delicious, and we enjoyed a luxurious time watching the ever-changing views of Kyoto from the gently rotating dining room. The cityscape wrapped in soft morning light and the fantastical Kyoto floating in the sparkling night view—being able to enjoy both was especially memorable. The pool and sauna available as part of our 10th-floor Room benefits were also wonderful, and we were moved by how carefully your staff responded during a small unexpected incident. I’m not very confident at swimming, but this inspired me to join a swimming club so that next time I can return able to swim properly. After dinner, we had cocktails at the bar; everything—the interior design, lighting, atmosphere, and service—was comfortable, as if luxurious time for adults flowed by slowly. Wherever we were in the Hotel, we felt a sense of security and elegance—and above all, your staff’s politeness and warmth. It truly felt like a first-class Hotel. Thank you very much for making our special day such an amazing memory. We would love to stay again.
