My first stay in Enoshima. Maybe because it was a weekday, they even upgraded us. The spacious Room and the open-air bath while enjoying the view outside were amazing! If I had to mention one thing, there was only Chinese cuisine for dinner, so as seniors we wished there had been more options, but the Chinese food was still very delicious (laugh). Also, the breakfast bento was far better than expected, the staff’s attentiveness was wonderful, and it turned into a very satisfying short trip. Thank you! I’ll make another Reservation!

We visited during spring break with three generations of our family to celebrate our elderly parents. The upper-floor Room (Room 1) was the closest to the ocean in the Club building, and the view was amazing! The Room was spotless and beautifully maintained. For the other two Rooms, we were arranged a connecting Room on the 4th floor. They were a bit farther from the ocean, but we still had a great view—mainly of the golf course, with a clear view of the sea as well. We asked the concierge team in advance to help with Room decorations and arranging taxis and rental cars, and they handled every last-minute change perfectly. We are truly grateful. Breakfast and afternoon tea in the lounge were outstanding in taste, portion size, and presentation. We worried it might be crowded during spring break, but we never had to wait—everything was delicious and felt wonderfully relaxing. More casual, but breakfast at Saldida also had a great variety and was very good. The Bay Wing we booked additionally did not include lounge access, and the hair dryer was not Dyson, but otherwise the Room felt almost the same as in the Club building, with a fantastic view of a large pool right in front of us and the ocean beyond. Everyone at this Hotel was pleasant no matter where we met them—it truly felt like a wonderful Hotel because of that alone. With pools and beach right in front of you—and golf, spa, cafés, a convenience store, and souvenir shops on site—it’s extremely convenient, and everything can be charged to your Room. You’ll need 100-yen coins, but there are coin laundries on even-numbered floors as well, which was very helpful. The weather was bad both coming and going, with ongoing issues like flight delays and cancellations, but during our stay at least we had great weather—and all three generations were able to enjoy an unforgettable time together.

I chose this Hotel near the Imperial Palace for a trip to celebrate my birthday. My sightseeing plan focused mainly on the Imperial Palace area, Kanda-Jimbocho, and Ueno. It was a 2-night, 3-day trip. After checking the website and Reviews, I decided based on the view from the Room window, the breakfast buffet, and the location. When making my Reservation, I added comments about it being a special occasion and requested a good view from the window. On the day of arrival, I checked in around 4:00 PM feeling excited and nervous. The front desk was less crowded than expected, and everything went smoothly. Service The female staff member at reception had “In Training” on her name tag, but she was polite, clear, and so efficient that it didn’t feel like she was in training at all. Partway through, an experienced female staff member helped with the process and chatted with us about our anniversary and stay; she felt very approachable and left a great impression. When we were told “Top floor!”, my expectations rose even more. The male staff member at check-out was also sharp and professional. Room & Amenities Palace View Twin Room The Room felt a little small for luggage during a Multiple Night Stay, but the amenities were well stocked and I was satisfied overall. Above all—when I opened the curtains—the fresh greenery of the Imperial Palace grounds and moat came into view, with Shinjuku’s skyline in the distance. What an incredible location! On our first day we could even see Mt. Fuji far away—so lucky. Morning light, sunset, night views—everything was amazing. I’m glad I requested a good view. Bathroom 3-piece unit (toilet / sink / bathtub) Because the toilet is positioned right against the wall side, the toilet paper holder is very close to your body and slightly awkward to use. Dining We had breakfast buffet for one day—with an Imperial Palace view! It instantly lifted my mood in the morning!! Steak for breakfast—surprisingly delicious (my partner went back for thirds). Both steak and omelets were prepared at a live kitchen station; the chef had a wonderful smile and provided attentive service. If we’d had more room in our stomachs, we would have ordered another round—the food (and chef) were excellent! There was also plenty of variety across Japanese- and Western-style dishes; everything was satisfying. The salmon roe (ikura) and sashimi were especially tasty. There was also take-away coffee available at the entrance—a thoughtful touch that made me very happy. Access / Location Tips Takebashi Station Exit 3b connects directly to this Hotel; however if you have a suitcase, head to Exit 3a instead—take the escalator up, turn left, and you’ll reach it right away. For guests staying multiple nights or carrying lots of luggage، Exit 3a is recommended as it’s easier with bags。

A reunion at the historic scenic spot, Yashima. Blessed with good weather, we enjoyed dinner while watching the sunset. The relaxing time spent at Yashimaru and Yashima Temple was delightful, and the visit to Shikoku Mura and Shikoku Mura Café made it a truly memorable reunion.

Last time, I enjoyed the sight of Mt. Daisen illuminated by the full moon, and this time, I sipped delicious drinks while watching the night view of Yumigahama gradually emerge in a snowy landscape. The view and comfort from the room were also excellent. I loved the open-ai

Although it is a bit far from the station, shuttle buses run frequently, so it never felt inconvenient. I checked in quite late at night, but the staff were thoughtful in every way—from meals to luggage—so I was able to stay very comfortably. It truly felt like a long-established Hotel. I didn’t use the large public bath, but the Room bath uses separate hot and cold water controls, so adjusting the temperature may be a little tricky. Amenities are provided in generous pump bottles. The Room was spacious and relaxing, and there was also a balcony—spending time there was a lovely part of the stay. Above all, the view from the Room was stunning—like a Turner painting. The night cruise was wonderful, and listening to the cheerful captain-in-training was very informative—from how to take photos to stories about the origins of the deer. It was fascinating to hear how it differs from Kasuga Taisha and Kashima Jingu, and even that deer ride the ferry back to Miyajima. The cruise itself was excellent; as we approached the great torii gate, I could really feel its scale. The souvenir shop didn’t feel cluttered at all—you can enjoy choosing from both high-end items and more casual ones. A relative in Hiroshima told me, “It’s been a good Hotel for years,” and I’m truly glad I chose this place.

We stayed in a Junior Suite for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights. The Facility, location, dining, and hospitality were all outstanding. The staff’s warm welcome and delicious cuisine made our stay even more special. The view of the Miyako Blue sea and the Irabu Bridge from our luxurious Room was the ultimate indulgence.

Dinner featured a luxurious platter of Ise lobster, golden eye snapper (kinmedai), and turban shell (sazae) – all absolutely delicious. The tuna sashimi was exceptional! The kinmedai rice dish was also delightful and very filling. Breakfast served in-room was equally satisfying.

I stayed here to celebrate a friend’s 70th birthday. The Facility is old, but well maintained, and I had a very comfortable stay. Dinner in particular was excellent—the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere (the live piano performance was wonderful), and both the wine and the food were delicious. They also prepared a celebratory dessert plate, and at breakfast they made a special drink along with congratulatory words. It was a wonderful celebration trip. Thank you very much.

It was a quiet, relaxing stay in a residential-style setting, and we had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of ingredients, and dining while looking out at the ocean felt truly luxurious. This is a highly recommended Hotel on Yoron Island.

Mount Myogi rose like a folding screen, and the scenery was spectacular! The Hotel was clean, and the Onsen had great water. Meals were buffet-style for both breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately, it wasn’t food I’d want to eat again... There are many sightseeing spots nearby, so we were able to stop by various places and had a very fulfilling trip.

This was my first stay. The Hotel is located right in the heart of American Village. The convenience is a perfect 100 out of 100. There’s a convenience store directly connected to the hotel lobby, and restaurants are just steps away once you step outside. Parking is free and located next to the hotel. The Room was clean and spacious enough. Unfortunately, my Room didn’t have an ocean view but instead faced Hilton Chatan—still, no complaints! It’s an ideal Hotel for enjoying food and drinks in American Village. I also appreciated the variety of options, from business-like Rooms to luxurious ones with pools—it offers great flexibility for different needs. I’ll definitely stay here again when visiting American Village!

We stayed here during Golden Week with three family members and our dog. First of all, the service from both the Hotel staff and the restaurant staff was outstanding. For meals, we had Italian cuisine for dinner and both Japanese and Western options for breakfast, and everything was delicious. To be honest, we felt a bit uneasy before arriving because we had seen some negative Reviews—but that wasn’t the case at all. If you keep in mind that you can spend time with your pet anywhere, this is a wonderful Facility. Compared with a luxury Ryokan or Hotel, it may be different—but the bath was spacious and the location was great. Considering that you can stay with your pet both in your Room and at the dining area, we felt it offered excellent value. It really depends on what you prioritize when choosing an Accommodation. We’ve visited several pet-friendly Accommodations, but here we were able to relax without any stress. I believe that’s thanks to the thoughtful care and excellent service from all the staff. We definitely want to visit again with our pet. Thank you very much.

Every year, I stay here during a quieter season and also look forward to enjoying the drive, and this year I was able to relax again. There is no TV, so it’s a great Hotel for getting through a book or taking time to think.

I’d been curious about this place for a while, and this was my first stay. The atmosphere felt like a condominium in Hawaii or Australia. There’s no kitchen, but the space and layout have that kind of feel. It has underfloor heating, so it seems like it will be warm in the coming season as well. The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. Also, I logged into YouTube to watch something and forgot to log out. When I called, they kindly said they would log out for me—thank you so much. Thank you as well for all your help regarding the bath. I’d love to visit again!
