Oarai Hotel ANNEX Gyokurian

Right next to Oarai Isosaki Shrine, and you can clearly see the torii gate from the large Room window!I woke up just before sunrise and, without feeling cold, was able to relax in the Room and watch the scenery change.That’s everything for me. I’m completely satisfied.The Room was clean as well. There is no elevator, so it might be tough if you have a lot of luggage, but I had no complaints at all.You can also use the large public bath at the nearby Oarai Hotel.Meals are breakfast only, but it was served on a plate and the portion was plenty—very good.

It was in a great location—within a 10-minute drive to Oarai Sun Beach, Marine Tower, Nakaminato Fishing Port, Aqua World Oarai Aquarium, and more. The Hotel itself is also right by the sea, and you can reach the beach in just a few minutes on foot, which is very convenient for a quick splash in the water. The Room was clean and spacious, and the ocean view was amazing. Breakfast was buffet-style with fairly standard offerings like many business hotels, but there was a wide variety of bread and it was delicious. The Room has a unit bath, but if you prefer a larger bath, you can also use the large public bath at the affiliated Oarai Hotel (a 5-minute walk away) free of charge. The parking lot is small (7 spaces), and depending on availability you may need to use another parking area that’s a bit farther away, but since we didn’t go out driving at night it wasn’t an issue.Thank you for providing an experience that exceeded the cost.
