The Room was step-free and very comfortable. The amenities were Sekkisei and Stephen Knoll, and both the shower head and hair dryer were ReFa—everything was excellent. The compact size of the Room also felt cozy, and since the shower nozzle and bathtub faucet were separate, I could fill the tub while showering. The bathtub was a very comfortable size as well. A Hotel in a great location near the station and convenient for going out for drinks in Noge!! I will definitely stay again.

We stayed as a couple. There’s a Don Quijote nearby, and it’s about a 2-minute walk from the nearest station. It’s also close to sightseeing spots, and they kindly stored our luggage even after checkout. The next morning, we used the foot bath, and with the nice weather it was wonderful. The staff were kind and courteous, which made our stay very pleasant. The Facility is a bit dated, but we felt it was great value for the price. We also enjoyed the welcome drinks and sweets. Thank you very much.

I’ve visited Kamakura many times on day trips, but this time I chose to stay at this Hotel because I really wanted to experience an overnight stay. They upgraded my Room, and I was able to relax and unwind completely. Dinner was a delicious kaiseki meal at Araju, and breakfast also featured gentle dishes that made the most of the ingredients. The Room was thoughtfully equipped with convenient features, such as a grab bar by the toilet and a chair provided in the bath. Even the paper cups for coffee in the lounge were stylish. Walking along Dankazura lit up at night and taking an early-morning stroll to Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine made for a truly special time. Finally, I joined the Hotel’s early-morning walking tour and had a wonderful time. I’m already planning another stay.

I stayed here the night before a trip to Izu. For dinner, I enjoyed food and drinks at BASEGATE Yokohama within walking distance, and then relaxed in the large public bath on the first floor of the Hotel. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama Kannai.

My parents stayed at the Accommodation. They are a bit elderly and were traveling on their own, so I was worried, but the staff were very kind and made their stay comfortable and enjoyable. They said both the Japanese restaurant where they had dinner and the breakfast buffet were delicious, and they would like to come again as a family. Hearing their feedback made me very happy that I made the Reservation.

Our Room was upgraded, which made the stay feel truly special. The shower room and bathtub handles were easy to use; some overseas ones can be complicated and confusing. Breakfast was the premium in-room breakfast, so it felt extra special and there was more than we could finish. It was a relaxing treat for myself, and I would definitely like to stay again.

It was a wonderful Room with panoramic views of Yamashita Park and Yokohama’s night skyline. At night, from the rooftop, we enjoyed the illuminated views of Marine Tower and Landmark Tower. In the morning, having breakfast while taking in Yamashita Park adorned with roses was an elegant and luxurious experience. The guest Room was also spacious, allowing us to relax and unwind. I’d love to come again as a treat for myself. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for my daughter’s entrance exam. I asked the female front desk staff about the trains on the exam day, and I was happy with how kindly and thoroughly she explained everything. The room was clean, and there were plenty of towels, amenities, and in-room items—great value for the price. It’s close to the station, with a convenience store right next door and many restaurants nearby, so next time we stay I’d like to enjoy a good meal in the area as well. We will stay again.

Thank you as always. I have a favorite Room and reserve it whenever possible. The harbor view through the large arched window is wonderful—sea kayaks floating on the water in the morning sun, and the beautiful night scenery. It’s the best! The staff are always kind, so I can spend my stay peacefully. Since the windows in this Room do not open, a special air purifier is also provided. Even with heavy luggage, the limousine bus from Haneda is convenient, so I often use Minato Mirai as my base when I have errands in central Tokyo. I look forward to staying with you again.

I stay from time to time, and the Room is always clean, and I can relax comfortably in the bath. I’m satisfied every time, but I would be happy if the women’s skincare amenities were a bit more in line with what you’d expect from Hyatt Regency. This time I didn’t add breakfast, but both the restaurant buffet and the French restaurant on the first floor are delicious, and the bakery’s nikin loaf bread is also great—I sometimes buy it as a gift. I’ll be back again!

I arrived in cold rain, soaked through and freezing, and you kindly upgraded my Room to a suite. Since I didn’t have any drinks with me, I really appreciated the tea in the fridge and the warm black tea from the minibar. Thank you very much. The spacious, luxurious Room was wonderful, and the amenities also smelled amazing. The entrance was a little hard to find, but the welcoming scent and calm lighting made for a very pleasant arrival. Next time, I’d love to try your highly rated breakfast.

I booked this Hotel to attend a funeral. It was clean and conveniently located near the station. The twin beds were large and very comfortable. It was convenient to pick up what I needed from the lobby myself. However, the water pressure felt weak. Maybe due to a water shortage? Thank you for your hospitality.

I love Hotel New Grand. As a treat for myself, I visit twice a year—on my birthday and at Christmas. It’s a wonderful Hotel that always warmly welcomes me back with “Welcome home.” At Hotel New Grand, I enjoy a special escape from everyday life along with my heartfelt feelings. Thank you very much for your hospitality on this occasion. There were no major issues, and I am grateful that I was able to enjoy a generally comfortable stay. I hesitated to write this in a Review, but as I have no other way to convey my message, please allow me to share a few requests for improvement here. I am usually assigned Room 820, but this time I was shown to Room 620 for the first time. A common issue in both rooms is that the air-conditioning temperature setting is limited to a minimum of 23°C. This may not be a problem in midsummer when outdoor temperatures are high, but at this time of year the nighttime temperature drops, and at 23°C the cooling does not work well enough; each time, it becomes uncomfortably warm and makes it difficult to sleep. I understand the intention of narrowing the selectable temperature range and adjusting output at the outdoor cooling tower unit in order to reduce utility costs; however, if that results in guests having to endure an uncomfortable room temperature, I feel that is problematic. If possible, I would appreciate it if guests could select down to around 21°C. For reference, at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit, cooling can be set down to 20°C. In addition, compared with before the renovation, removing the working desk space and also removing the two towel hooks that were on the wall to its left has been inconvenient—there is now nowhere suitable to hang used bath towels to dry. Even in a twin room, there should be other guests besides myself who work in their rooms; having only a small table in front of a small high sofa is inconvenient. Also, leaving two chairs sitting by themselves where the desk area used to be seems like wasted floor space—and even on the lighting switch it still says “desk.” For your reference, I have attached an image of bath towel hooks installed in the full changing area at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit. Regarding Facility items specific to Room 620: The screw on the right-side bracket of the face-towel hook by the sink is loose and wobbles; please tighten it. Also, as for wall-mounted TV set: it tilts downward by about 7 mm on its left side; if possible, I would appreciate it if you could correct this. I sincerely apologize for raising such detailed points like an overly picky guest; however, there are many excellent aspects otherwise. As I would like continue staying with you going forward as well، these comments are offered with hopes for further improvements in convenience. I would be grateful if you could consider them positively.

This Hotel is directly connected to the station, making it extremely convenient. The Room and Facility are more than sufficient for a comfortable stay, and every time I stay here, I feel it’s perfect for relaxing after work or sightseeing. With the city’s international atmosphere and many guests from overseas, the staff also provide uniquely personal service. I would like to use it again when I have business nearby.

We stayed for two nights while sightseeing. We booked a Deluxe Twin room, which had a long sofa, and the sink, bath, and toilet were all separate, making it very comfortable. However, there was no hand-washing sink in the toilet area, so it was a bit inconvenient to go to the vanity. When we were confused during the self check-in process, a staff member quickly came over and helped us through it. It made us feel reassured that they were keeping an eye on everyone. Since our stay included breakfast, we had it at the cafe on the first floor. The toast bread was fluffy and very delicious. A Hotel I would recommend.

This was my first time staying here. We visited Yokohama as a family during Golden Week. The Room was spacious, and having two sinks made it very convenient. The bathroom was also roomy, and we were able to relax and warm up properly. For breakfast, I chose the Japanese set meal and enjoyed it very much. It was also a nice bonus that, thanks to the partnership with a coffee shop, we could get drinks at a discount. Next time, I’d like to try the partner restaurants as well. The Hotel staff were extremely polite and kind, which made our Golden Week even more enjoyable. I liked it so much that I signed up for the Hotel app and also made a Reservation for our summer vacation. Thank you again in advance—we look forward to staying with you again.

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and quiet the large public bath was. The view from the Room was as beautiful as everyone said. The breakfast buffet was a real delight. Thank you for accommodating our various requests. We would love to stay again.

I often have opportunities to stay around Shin-Yokohama Station and Yokohama Station, and this Hotel was excellent. When I tried to check in at the kiosk, a front desk staff member approached me and helped right away, so everything went very smoothly with no waiting. The amenities were well stocked, and although the Room was compact, it was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless. The bed was so comfortable that I ended up oversleeping in the morning. The TV also allowed me to watch streaming services like Hulu and ABEMA, so there were absolutely no downsides for me. I will definitely stay here again.
