Although it is a Business Hotel, it is within walking distance of Kintetsu Nagoya Station, and the Room was compact but clean and well maintained. There was a wide variety of breakfast side dishes, and everything tasted great. Thank you very much.

This trip to Nagoya was to celebrate my elderly mother’s birthday. Since it was a special occasion, we wanted to stay at a nice Hotel and chose this one. We compared it with the Hilton, Gate Tower Hotel, and Royal Hotel, and decided on this property—and it turned out to be an outstanding stay. I’ve stayed at the Royal Hotel and Hilton before (though not in Nagoya), so their reliability felt reassuring, but this was my first time staying at a Prince Hotel. Not only are the facilities excellent, but the staff were also wonderfully polite and calm in their service. The entrance on the first floor has a high ceiling, and walking toward the lobby really builds excitement. When you go up to the lobby on the 31st floor, there’s a chic atmosphere and you’re greeted by a gentle, sweet scent that feels very relaxing. The front desk area is open to below, creating an exceptional sense of space. Our Room also had beautiful views from the window, and we could enjoy different scenery throughout the day—from morning to afternoon to night. Breakfast offered an impressive variety; over two mornings during our two-night stay, we were able to enjoy completely different selections each time. The quality of the food was high as well, and overall satisfaction was excellent. The staff consistently greeted us and checked in attentively in a way that showed they were truly looking after their guests, which also gave an inviting, home-like comfort. The club lounge had an elegant atmosphere too, making it feel like a real treat. It truly was a wonderful stay. Thank you very much for everything.

When I asked for advice after buying refrigerated items before check-in, the front desk kindly stored them in their refrigerator. It was a huge help! The amenities were well stocked, and I was also happy to be able to try the shower in my Room. It’s close to the Shinkansen station, so even though my train was early, I could relax until the last minute.

I stayed for one night with my child. The Room was clean and spacious, making it very comfortable. The amenities were also plentiful. Breakfast included kishimen noodles, and I was satisfied. I would like to stay again next time.

Conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Nagoya Station, with a new building and clean, comfortable Room. As it is on the back side of Nagoya Station, the area still retains an atmosphere reminiscent of the old red-light district nearby. Meieki ESCA is close by, so you can enjoy Nagoya’s famous morning set meals and miso nikomi udon.

It was very quiet, the Room was spacious, and the staff gave us a warm welcome, so we had a very comfortable stay. When we called the front desk, they also responded very politely. We chose this hotel because Daiwa Roynet hotels are clean, and we’re glad we did. Thank you very much.

There were so many Hotels with the same name that, even though I was careful, I ended up heading to the one I could see and arrived after taking a detour. There was a convenience store on the first floor, which was very convenient. Amenities were self-serve (you take what you need), and I felt the selection was plentiful. It may vary by Room type, but in the Room I stayed in, the bathroom was separated by a door; the washing area and bathtub were separate, and the tub had a comfortable curved backrest—really great. The Room also had a massage chair, which helped relieve travel fatigue. I was able to relax during my time in the Room. I would like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

I was planning to see a show at the Shiki Theatre, so this Hotel was a perfect fit within walking distance. To celebrate my friend’s birthday as well, we enjoyed an elegant lunch and dinner at the on-site restaurant. Our Room had a great view of a church and passing trains, and we were able to relax and fully enjoy our time. Thank you for helping make it such a wonderful travel memory.

It was my first time using the Shinkansen Exit, but the quality was reliably excellent. The location is just a short walk from the Taiko Exit, and the surroundings are perfect. The Facility is also high quality; however, if I had to mention one point, the step up into the in-room unit bath was quite high, so I rated it 4 stars. Breakfast is buffet-style, but since the layout makes it hard to see everything at a glance and lines can be confusing, some caution is needed.

When I stopped by to leave my luggage before check-in, the staff were very kind and helpful. I checked in late after a concert, but they still assisted me politely and attentively, which made my stay very comfortable. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it didn’t feel far at all. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Nagoya.

The Room was more spacious than expected and very clean, making it a pleasant stay. The bed was especially large and comfortable, allowing for a relaxing rest. However, the pillow felt a bit firm, and having an extra hand towel (for washing my face in the morning) would have made it perfect. It was very quiet and peaceful, allowing me to unwind. I would love to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

I was able to take only the amenities I needed, which was efficient and convenient. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection—I ended up eating more than I planned. It was close to the station, so getting around anywhere was easy. It made for a very satisfying trip. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

It felt like a historic Hotel, with a luxurious interior. I have stayed in various quadruple Rooms, but this one was especially spacious, with plenty of space around each bed. The bathroom, washbasin area, and bedroom were separated, which made it very comfortable. I’m very sorry to hear it will be closing soon, but I’m glad I was able to stay here one last time.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. It’s very close to Nagoya Station and convenient. Even if you’re not familiar with Nagoya, it’s easy to find. Having a 7-Eleven across the street is also helpful. The Hotel staff are kind. It has been recently renovated, so the bathroom and toilet were very clean and comfortable to use. I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

This was my first stay, as I was in town to attend Arashi’s final concert. The front desk staff made a great impression and provided thorough explanations, which I truly appreciated. The guest room and the Facility were very clean and well maintained. I would like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya. Thank you very much.

Whenever I go to Nagoya, I always choose this Hotel. Even when it’s raining, ESCA Underground is right in front of the Hotel, so you can get around without an umbrella—it’s really convenient. The only issue was that during Golden Week, I went out and stayed up late and planned to sleep until around noon, but the housekeeping staff were talking quite loudly and I couldn’t stay asleep.

I attended a live event at Vantelin Dome. The location was convenient and close to Nagoya Station. The Room was very compact, but I could sleep comfortably without hearing any noise from the neighbors. I will use this place again. Thank you very much!

There are coin-operated parking lots next to the Hotel and across the street, making it convenient even if you are traveling by car. Check-out is very convenient—just drop your key card into the box at the front desk.

We stayed as a family of five. Feeling uncertain about the location, we arrived in Nagoya early and went to check it out. By chance, we met a cleaning staff member who kindly spoke to us. After explaining that we came for a preview, they informed the team and later contacted us saying, "The room is ready, so you can come anytime." Thank you very much for your kind response. The Room was very clean and spacious enough for five people to relax comfortably.
