We held our wedding at this Hotel two years ago, and this was our third stay, this time with children. The baby room facilities were well equipped, which was great. The hospitality was excellent, and we also received the IKYU Diamond member benefits. I think it was a perfect Hotel stay.

Stayed here to attend a live show at K-Arena. It’s right by Shin-Takashima Station and also close to K-Arena, and there’s a convenience store on the first floor, so the location is excellent. The Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the large public bath was also spotless; the water temperature was just right and helped me recover from travel fatigue. Also, access to the elevators and the large public bath requires a key card, so security feels solid. From the Room window, I enjoyed Yokohama’s night view. The Hotel entrance was a bit hard to find, but the official website provides detailed directions, so it’s worth checking. Overall I was very satisfied, and I’d like to stay again when I visit Yokohama.

Although it felt like quite a distance from Hakata to Karatsu, staying at this Hotel during Golden Week gave us wonderful memories of our trip to Karatsu. The staff’s service, the breakfast, and the Room were all excellent. I usually stay here on solo trips, but this time I stayed in the pet-friendly building with my parents. They were happy that they didn’t have to climb steep stairs, and that meals could be served in the Room so they didn’t have to worry about being considerate of others. We were truly impressed by this wonderful Hotel. We stayed for one night to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday, and by chance our Room was upgraded, so we were able to stay in a lovely Room! It’s a spacious, clean, and beautiful Hotel; the staff were excellent, and the meals were absolutely delicious.
