This is probably my third stay. The highlight is the large public bath with an open-air bath as well. (This time I soaked in the medicinal bath.) Some of the in-Room amenities feel a bit dated (no modern key card, the unit bath in the Room can hurt if you catch your foot at the entrance, and there’s a sulfur smell from the natural Onsen), so that’s minus one star. Everything else is more than enough. The Onsen gives you a light hot-spring therapy vibe. (The Onsen area has been thoroughly cleaned up.) If you can stay for 10,000 yen, it’s excellent value for money.

I arrived before check-in time, and thank you for kindly accommodating me. The Room had a cypress indoor bath with an outside view and an open-air bath, both of which I was able to use late at night. Also, each Room is in a separate building, so I never heard other guests during my stay and was able to enjoy a truly relaxing getaway. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity.

This is a Hotel I stayed at with my daughter last autumn and completely fell in love with. This time, we were able to return again in spring sooner than expected. It felt like the wonderful hospitality from our previous stay had been taken to an even higher level. The staff who provided Shuttle Service, the staff who welcomed us, and the staff who spoke to us during our stay—everyone was so warm, and we truly felt relaxed from the bottom of our hearts. This time I visited with a friend who lives in the U.S., and she was also deeply impressed. It was a very relaxing Accommodation. Located on a hill, we could see the Seto Inland Sea from the balcony, which made our trip truly wonderful. The staff were excellent, and we were very satisfied. The large private garden attracts birds, and their chirping amidst the snow harmonizes beautifully with the soothing sound of flowing Onsen water, creating a serene atmosphere. We stayed here the night before and the night after our trip. Above all, the Hotel was very convenient, with excellent access from Rinku-Town Station and a shuttle bus to Kansai International Airport. The front desk staff were kind, and the Room was spacious and clean, so we had a very comfortable stay.

We chose the full-course crab kaiseki. A variety of crab dishes were served in different styles, all of them delicious, and the portions were so generous we couldn’t finish everything—we were very satisfied. It’s a historic Hotel with attentive service, but the aging Facility stood out and was a bit concerning. I understand a major renovation may be difficult, but if you could do some partial updates, I would like to stay again.

The staff's service is excellent, and I have stayed here multiple times and would love to stay again. While dinner might be slightly less impressive compared to breakfast, there are plenty of dishes, and they are delicious. The Onsen water is exceptional. It can be a bit inconvenient to bring towels and bath towels from the room, but you get used to it. The outdoor bath in the morning is also fantastic. The rooms are exclusively for guests with dogs, but our dogs were comfortable, slept well, and got used to staying in their cages when we were out. You can hardly hear other dogs barking from other rooms. The interior is very clean and equipped with toys, lint rollers, food bowls, bed sheets, and disposable wet towels. This time around, the staff was accommodating with our arrival time flexibility and even helped us when we forgot something—truly thoughtful service!

We were thrilled! From the large windows offering views of Kada Port to stylish chairs where you can relax while enjoying a big-screen TV—and most importantly—the private natural onsen bath spacious enough for two people made it an exceptional space promising ultimate relaxation.

I didn’t need a view from the start, so I was able to stay at a great price in a city-side Room. The Room was clean and very nice. I accidentally operated the TV remote incorrectly, and when I asked the front desk for help, even though it was the busy check-in time, they came to my Room right away and kindly assisted me. We were able to relax over our meal in a private dining room, and they watched our pace and served each dish at just the right time, so everything was delicious. The bath was also properly cleaned and felt great. It was a Ryokan where we received courteous service for the first time in a while, and we were very satisfied.

The sauna was excellent, and the dinner not only offered delicious food but also warm hospitality from the staff. Watching the sunset, gazing at the starry sky, and soaking in the morning sun while sitting outside allowed me to truly unwind. The breakfast was also very satisfying
