An Onsen Accommodation with only 7 groups per day, featuring all rooms with private open-air hot spring baths.

Facing the Sea of Japan, Tango–Kumihama is a scenic area where many beautiful landscapes remain. A legend has been passed down here. In the Kamakura period, the monk Ippen traveled across The whole country to save people, distributing nembutsu talismans and performing dancing nembutsu. After finishing his preaching in Kyoto and heading toward the San’in region, he was chanting the nembutsu in Kumihama when clouds suddenly gathered and a blue dragon appeared over the sea. Dragon deity worship has long been practiced in this area, and it is said that the blue dragon revealed itself before Ippen to form a bond with the nembutsu. The Sea of Japan as seen from Kumihama still holds an air of mystery today. Like Ippen once did, you can be embraced by this landscape and find rest here.
