From July 1, 2026, Kamenoi Hotel Genkainada will be reborn as “Kamenoi Hotel Genkainada All-Inclusive Hotel.” All-inclusive means your accommodation rate includes not only dinner and breakfast, but also drinks (including alcohol), activities, and other on-site services during your stay. Dining is served in a free-order buffet style, where you can order as much as you like and enjoy each dish freshly prepared. Choose what you want, when you want—an indulgent and flexible dining experience tailored to your mood. In the lounge, we offer drinks (including alcohol) and snacks. Relax at your leisure while enjoying a variety of services provided by the Hotel whenever you wish.
Since we were traveling with family and friends, we were looking for an Accommodation with a spacious Room or a Room with two connected rooms.This place had a Room where we could use two Japanese-style rooms, and it was clean and very comfortable.At first I wondered if the set-course dinner would be enough, but we could get refills of rice, so my husband was satisfied too. The staff also spoke to our child, which made our child really happy.The breakfast buffet had a great variety, including seafood and Fukuoka specialties. The nori tsukudani-like item they also sell at the shop was incredibly delicious.The Onsen was great too!! I wish I’d had more time to use the manga corner.Overall, we were very satisfied!

My back was hurting, so I wanted to visit an Onsen, and I chose this place for its Onsen and affordability. I didn’t have high hopes for the meals, but dinner was well-prepared with a kaiseki-style menu instead of a buffet. Since moving around was difficult for me, this was a big plus. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The gift shop had unique local items like screw-shaped chocolates from Kitakyushu, which I purchased. Discounts were applied through app registration as well. The shop staff were kind and attentive too. The facility is fully equipped with barrier-free features, making it easy to see why there were many elderly guests staying here. The breathtaking view from the bath was truly healing. Next time, I’d love to bring my mother along for a three-generation trip! This review may be long-winded, but honestly—such amazing service at this price?! Thank you so much!
