Measures Against COVID-19
Dear Guests,
At our Property, we are taking measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests.
In accordance with the "Guidelines for COVID-19 Measures in Accommodation Facilities (1st Edition)," we are implementing the following initiatives.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
1. Installation of Alcohol-Based Sanitizers
Alcohol-based sanitizers are placed at the Hotel entrance, lobby, restaurant, restrooms, and other areas, allowing guests to sanitize their hands at any time. We ensure that the sanitizers are regularly replenished.
2. Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfection
We regularly disinfect frequently touched areas and have strengthened the cleaning and disinfection of the entire Property.
3. Thorough Ventilation
During your stay, we kindly ask for your cooperation in occasionally opening the windows in your Room for ventilation.
In restaurants and banquet halls, we ventilate by partially opening doors or windows.
4. Maintaining Social Distance
To prevent infection, we request that guests maintain a distance of 1–2 meters or more from others within the Property.
At areas where lines may form, such as the front desk or restaurant entrances, floor markers are placed to indicate proper spacing. Please line up accordingly.
5. Reducing Contact Opportunities
To prevent droplet transmission between staff and guests, acrylic panels are installed at the front desk and cash registers.
To minimize contact, staff will refrain from entering your Room as much as possible. If necessary, please inform the front desk, and we will respond accordingly.
6. Meal Service
Meals are provided as follows:
Dinner: Course menu (delivery available) or BBQ.
Breakfast: Order buffet (served by staff) or Room delivery.
In the restaurant, tables and seating are arranged with adequate spacing.
Tables and chairs are disinfected after use, so there may be a delay in seating even if tables appear available.
We refrain from placing extra tableware or condiments on tables. Please ask staff if needed.
7. Bathing Facilities
The number of users at the same time may be limited.
Staff may frequently enter the changing rooms for disinfection purposes.
Towels are no longer provided in the communal bath area, so please bring the towels provided in your Room.
1. Health Checks at Work
All employees undergo daily temperature checks and health assessments. Employees with fever or poor health are required to refrain from working.
2. Thorough Handwashing and Sanitization
Employees are required to wash or sanitize their hands regularly, including at the start of work, after breaks, and after using restrooms.
3. Preventing Droplet Transmission During Customer Interaction
Employees wear masks at all times within the Property and may wear face shields when necessary.
4. Frequent Cleaning of Uniforms
Employee uniforms and clothing are frequently washed to maintain hygiene.
5. Employee Rest Areas and Offices
Special attention is given to ventilation and disinfection in employee rest areas and offices, and measures are taken to avoid face-to-face interactions.
1. We kindly ask for your cooperation in washing or sanitizing your hands upon arrival and when entering restaurants or dining areas.
2. During check-in, we conduct temperature checks and inquire about your health condition. Your cooperation is appreciated.
3. Alcohol-based sanitizers are placed throughout the Property. Please use them frequently to sanitize your hands.
4. In public areas, please maintain distance from other guests, wear a mask, and refrain from loud conversations.
