All Rooms are non-smoking and equipped with free Wi-Fi in every Room. Please stretch out and relax in the large public bath on the 2nd floor (radium artificial hot spring). The men’s bath features a high-temperature sauna (85°C) and a cold-water bath filled with Tsuruga groundwater. After warming up thoroughly in the sauna, enjoy a refreshing dip in the 60 cm-deep cold-water bath. The entrance to the women’s bath is secured with a keypad code, so you can bathe at ease. For breakfast, we offer your choice of Japanese or Western set meals featuring “nostalgic home-style side dishes and Hokuriku flavors.” The property also includes an internet corner and a paid coin laundry convenient for Multiple Night Stay and long-term stays. Use Tsuruga as your base for both business and sightseeing.

    I stay here every year for the Hanakae Festival.Perhaps because more competing hotels have opened, it may not be good news for the Hotel, but over the past couple of years I’ve been grateful that I haven’t had to use a paid parking lot.Regarding what I mentioned in the title: the toilet in the men’s bath on the second floor has a warm-water bidet seat (maybe the type used since opening?), and since last year it suddenly restarts while in use, making it practically unusable.It’s disappointing that this has been left unattended for over a year.Please replace it with a TOTO unit.Also, a competing Hotel that opened near Heiwado seems to have secured parking even at locations that require quite a walk.I don’t mind if cars parked on-site are charged as well; I would like you to use those fees to help cover parking costs for cars parked off-site.I will stay again.Thank you very much.
