Richmond Hotel has opened in Narita City, Chiba Prefecture, the gateway to Japan. Conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Keisei Narita Station. Excellent access to Narita Airport, only 2 stations or about 10 minutes by train!

  • I made a Reservation to stay the night before my flight because it’s close to the airport. It’s great value, and being able to book the Shuttle Service is very convenient!! There’s also a convenience store nearby. I didn’t realize you choose amenities in front of the front desk, so I searched all over the Room (lol), but I was happy to find bath salts and face masks. I took two—one for night and one for morning—and was very satisfied. The staff were very pleasant and greeted me many times, which made for a comfortable stay. The complimentary coffee service in the waiting area was also a thoughtful touch!! Thank you very much.

  • I considered staying at a major hotel near Narita Airport, but opted for this hotel as it’s accessible without relying on a shuttle service in case of late arrival. From Keisei Narita Station, the path is flat after descending and passes by a convenience store, making it easy to reach even with suitcases.At the self-check-in machine, I received my room key and breakfast ticket (there’s also a staffed front desk). Amenities can be selected freely in front of the reception area, with an impressive variety! Tea bags in several flavors (all delicious), drip coffee, onsen bath powder, face masks, POLA skincare products (lotion, emulsion), facial cleanser, makeup remover, toothbrushes, body towels—you could practically arrive empty-handed! A handy tote bag is provided for carrying amenities.You can also reserve the free shuttle bus to Narita Airport using the terminal in the lobby.The room was not too small for a single; the bed was about 140cm wide. The TV was large and there was ample desk space with a desk lamp. The bathroom featured a spacious showerhead with excellent water pressure. It was helpful to have two additional towels besides the bath towel—many hotels don’t offer this. It allowed me to use one for washing up and another for wrapping my hair.The provided SALONIA Glossy Care Hair Dryer left my hair incredibly smooth! The TV included terrestrial channels and BS as well as apps like Tver and YouTube. Hotel information such as breakfast crowd levels could also be checked via TV. The multi-charging cable provided meant I barely needed any of my own items.Breakfast lived up to its reputation—everything was delicious! I enjoyed it at the bar counter in an atmospheric restaurant setting. Dishes included unagi rice bowl (eel over rice), nikujaga (meat & potato stew), salad, fruits… I wish I had tried more!Overall satisfaction: excellent stay! Even though checkout wasn’t crowded nor were elevators busy that morning—I managed to board my train just five minutes after leaving my room door (even catching an earlier train than planned). However, I recommend allowing extra time just in case!I look forward to staying here again someday—thank you very much!
