Everything felt clean and well-organized with no waste.The complimentary drinks were much appreciated. You can choose your yukata size, and the design is comfortable for walking around the property.The entrance to the open-air bath felt a bit too open, which concerned me slightly, but I still enjoyed it.I booked a Plan with breakfast included; it was a Japanese-style meal in just the right portion size.

Thank you for taking care of my parents for one night starting May 12.I just heard from them, and they were truly delighted.They were very satisfied with both the Onsen and the meals.Because they were able to check in early, they could enjoy the open-air bath while it was still light out. As they are elderly and a bit unsteady on their feet, this made it much easier for them. They were especially pleased with the quality of the Onsen.They also thoroughly enjoyed the food—especially what I believe was a crab shell dish, which they wished they could have had seconds of.Even my mother, who doesn’t usually like meat, really enjoyed the Mikawa beef shabu-shabu.And thank you very much for kindly serving grilled sea bream with salt as a special treat—your thoughtful gesture for Mother’s Day is deeply appreciated.I had thought that having meals served in their Room would be more relaxing, but for my elderly parents it seems sitting directly on tatami and standing up again was somewhat inconvenient.Not realizing that at the time has left me feeling a little sad now, wondering how much longer—and what more—I can do for my aging parents…Next time, I hope to visit Higaki Hotel together with my husband as well.Thank you again for everything.
