  • It was very good!

    We stayed for one night and two days to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Dinner was at “Hanagoyomi,” and breakfast was served in-room. From the pre-stay email communication onward, the staff were extremely attentive, and our stay was wonderful in every way—the Room, the service, and the restaurant. We would love to stay again; my mother was truly delighted, which made me very happy.Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Although it’s in Yokohama, we were able to fully enjoy a resort-like atmosphere, and the staff were all kind and attentive—our whole family was very satisfied. We ordered dinner and breakfast through Room service, and both the portions and quality were excellent; highly recommended. The Room was spacious, and the view truly felt like Yokohama as a port city, so we could relax over two nights. We’d love to visit again someday. Thank you very much.
