なに友の姉 5/6/2026I stayed in the club lounge because I wanted to spend time there. I arrived early, but they kindly let me wait in the lounge. When I checked in and headed to my Room, my key card didn’t work in the elevator and I was worried, but they handled it right away. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this was the first time a key card didn’t work.The Room I was first shown was next to the staff elevator, and the footsteps from the Room above were also loud. When I told the front desk, they changed my Room to one on the top floor. If they hadn’t done that, I don’t think I would have been able to sleep.At the lounge, I fully enjoyed breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time for three days. It was a wonderful experience.It was also great that it’s close to Hakata Station.Many of the staff at the entrance and near the elevators were very attentive, and their heartfelt service made me want to come back again.The housekeeping staff were also pleasant. Thank you very much.
