December 11, 1934: Sapporo Grand Hotel was established as "Hokkaido's first full-scale Western-style hotel" under the advocacy of the late Prince Chichibu. In July 2025, the main building guest rooms were reborn as "Grand Classic." The Executive Floor and exclusive "Executive Lounge" for guests staying in Grand in Grand have also been renovated.
